Manning or Brady?
January 19, 2014 | Self

Game between Broncos and the mis-named Patriots, from leftist Boston, is about to start. Living in Colorado I will be rooting for Manning against reported liberal Brady. Just knowing that John F'n Kerry will be rooting for his "Patriots" makes me want the Broncos to win even more. Who are other FReeper football fans rooting for?

It should be a shootout, but you never know. Perfect weather in Denver today - foggy and cool here in the Puget Sound region for my Seahawks who have their hands full against a hot SF team.

It’s a shame the FCC won’t let us make a friendly wager over the Internet.

I may be able to hear the roars as the stadium is 8 miles from me in Golden.

For non football fans, it’s a good day to go to Home Depot or Costco.

Broncos. But I support teams based on person connections or geographical region and not the politics of specific players. There is actually life outside politics. :-)

Brady. He doesn’t choke on the big one.

Patriots all the way. I imagine all the Denver players will be high as kites with bright red bloodshot eyes. Manning will probably get into the wrong huddle.

I’m sure John Kerry is all in for his favorite team, the Boston Patriots, and his favorite player, Brady Belichick.

Geez...it's a football game. Why all the political BS? You think any of the players give a crap about that stuff today?

And not everyone from MA is a Liberal a-hole. Some of us are stuck here and dislike it as much as you do. Tone it down a bit.

Peyton Manning gave Hoosiers something to brag about. I will always honor him for that, but now Tom Brady is the only hope for those of us east of the Mississippi. GO PATRIOTS!

Pats have been going with a running game, so not so much “Brady.” I hope it’s a close game. I’m rooting for the Pats, even though I have a dislike for Belicheck.

Manning, hands down. He is a compassionate, charitable man, off the field. And I just saw where he is the most respected player by his peers. Looks to be HIS year, to win it all...then walk away from the game, with head held high. Would be nice to see a ”storybook” ending to a great career.

I’m from New Orleans and I love Manning (except when ne’s playing against the Saints)but I think Brady is going to win this battle.

Colorado is more and more liberal every day. Hardly even a swing state anymore. Libs can pretty much count on it to come through for them.

If you believe the news reports coming out of Colorado, most of the fans attending the game won’t know who won for a couple of weeks after the game ends. Happy smoke sales have skyrocketed since the Patriots fans arrived in town.

I always want to see Belly-Puke lose after what he and Modell did to us here in Cleveland.

Go Broncos!
