I saw that show last night and I thought it was a new one. When is the new Christmas show on? I haven’t been watching the show long but long enough to get tired of Si and Phil...Oh! and the mother.

That was pretty questionable to me. The hog was never once shown up close.

You would surprised how much is needed to blow up a beaver dam. Beavers are a pain in the arse. I can relate to Phil’s aversion to those toothy goomers.
I bought their Christmas CD... “Duck The Halls”. Most enjoyable christmas CD I’ve heard in many years. Its really good.

The 2012 episode was on at 9:00 last night and this year’s followed it at 10:00. First repeat of the last ep is on at 9:00PM ET tonight with a sneak peek of next season on at 9:55.

There is no “script”, as in the Robertsons use their own words, not those of a writer. But the scenarios they play out are devised by others - some of whom do not wish to make the Robertsons look good.
By “scripted” i meant loosely as in the above with the Robertsons just playing themselves and having some fun while doing so. I think its a given that they “dumb themselves down” for the show and are smarter than they portray themselves.
