Full title: Meet the Man Who Caught Cop on Camera Forcibly Removing His Pro-Gun Sign…and Why His Attorney Says It Could Be a ‘Really Big Deal’

The man who caught a police officer on camera removing his pro-Second Amendment sign from his front yard says his “First Amendment rights are being stifled” — and he takes his constitutional rights very seriously.

Jon Gibson, of Lake Lincolndale, N.Y., told TheBlaze in an exclusive interview on Tuesday that he has retained an attorney and they are “considering our options moving forward.” His attorney, Richard Bombardo, said there is a potential case for “criminal trespassing, vandalism and larceny,” pending additional findings.

Especially this Connecticut cop He got off with only 14 months in prison.

His *daddy didn't intervene in his behalf and he tried the cover-up on his own.

The last four paragraphs of the article are gold.

Or this incident with a drunk cop killing a teen riding his bike home. His daddy, a Sgt. in the department, was allowed to oversee the accident scene.

Sadly Connecticut has too many stories of rogue police operating outside their oaths *to preserve and protect.*

I expect more of this behavior in the future.

LOL...I hope the property owner has a bulldog for an attorney.

The attorney statements to the press were not overwhelming. He may be out of his element.

They need to do a test in NY. Put up signs in yards for gay rights and others for the 2A. See which are removed.

Then sue!

Couldn’t be an LEO.

We’ve been told, repeatedly, that only police chiefs (being political appointees) will speak out against the second amendment to please their superiors.

(Seems the problem has trickled downward more than others would prefer that we realize).
