Congresswoman: “100% Chance of a Severe Geo-Magnetic Event Capable of Crippling Our Electric Grid”
SHTF Plan ^ | 9/3/13 | Mac Slavo

Posted on 09/03/2013 4:18:38 PM PDT by Kartographer

The fall-out from a grid-down scenario would be absolutely devastating, as noted by a spokesman for the Center for Security Policy who recently responded to the potential for EMP capable weapons being deployed over the United States:

And experts forecast if such an attack were a success, it effectively could throw the U.S. back into an age of agriculture.

“Within a year of that attack, nine out of 10 Americans would be dead, because we can’t support a population of the present size in urban centers and the like without electricity,” said Frank Gaffney, president of the Center for Security Policy.

There is also a 100% chance of the sun going dark and extinguishing all life in the solar system.

Comet Ison’s coming in November and some think it could have a big impact on our magnetic field. So who knows, all I know is to be prepared. Water, food, vitamins and most of all AMMO.

Sounds like something the environazis would support.

Clearly this would be a wicked attack.

God hasn’t gone on vacation, folks, but He has made it quite clear what wickedness can do without His benefit. You’d think people would look again for what they’d snubbed, but NO.....

Fortunately those people are nutjobs who can provide us with entertainment and hours of laughter.

All the Borg kids who are always plugged into their i-phone will have to learn to play baseball.

But yes the US could support the large urban populations if they tried without electricity but the types of food available would by limited.

The problem is not producing the food it is the thugs looting.

I can see how that could hurt the grid, but the grid may want more anyway.

I think people are wildly overestimating when they speak of the world being thrown into the dark ages. There is just too much knowledge already out there to let us fall too far.

I’m no engineer but I can give a fair description of how to build a generator to produce electricity. I’m no doctor but I have a reasonable understanding of bacterial and viral infections. I’m no pilot but I understand the concept of lift, drag, and thrust.

True, and lots of mining is already done. The steel and aluminum in a car can be recycled (is recycled) as required.
