It was on FOX Sports 1, formerly SPEED TV, which is now ruined.
Around here the police drive trucks. If someone dials 911 the truck race is on. As a non lawyer I advise you to dial 911 and walk out to your front yard to see the race.
Cool a car race for us lowlifes with no cable. I don’t have cable and on Saturday night I get one car race and two football games. Sweet!
I heard on sports talk radio that there are actually empty seats available for this race. Wow I remember not that long ago the night race in Bristol was the #1 desired ticket in NASCAR after the Daytona 500.
I was actually excited for this race, also. Saturday night, kiddo is at work and I am usually wound down from whatever I am doing by this time.
Starting next week he is working weekends... so I won’t be running around as much around the midday races.
That is really sad about Speed. See if Fox’s viewership declines and they hear the message? Although Nascar won’t fix their dang unusable website.
Yeah I bought excellent seats via the track office last month. Likely better attendance than the spring race, but far from the good old days. Of course Bristol has 158,000 seats.
Fox Sports 1 viewership will go up. Their plan is to turn it into a direct ESPN competitor. College football, Big East b’ball, and in 2014 MLB and Nascar Cup.
