Kyle Bush just beat Timothy Peters in the truck race. It was a really good race. Gotta love Bristol.

Gosh, I feel really bad. The Camping World race for the week is already completed.

In other news:

Kurt Busch in a 4th car for SHR?

Trevor Bayne has a Nationwide sponsor for 2014.

Stewart out rest of year, Martin filling in.

Tire changer for Truex fails drug test, fired.

Vintage cars being auctioned in Nebraska.

And, a Nascar follower has a request. Would we be interested in posting what races we will be attending in 2014 and maybe arrange some FReeper meetings at races?

Cool a car race for us lowlifes with no cable. I don’t have cable and on Saturday night I get one car race and two football games. Sweet!

I heard on sports talk radio that there are actually empty seats available for this race. Wow I remember not that long ago the night race in Bristol was the #1 desired ticket in NASCAR after the Daytona 500.

I’ve been to dozens of race tracks, but never seen anything like Bristol. It was definitely on another plane. Mgmt puts on a pre-race show like it’s the Superbowl.

The one thing that surprised me was how many people had no earplugs or headsets. It’s incredibly loud.

The other amazing thing was how quickly we got out and on the road. Their traffic control is outstanding.
