How absolutely horrible! Oprah and Hollywood are going ga-ga over The Butler a project that is purposely filled with racist lies from beginning to end. What horrible people.
As Eric Bolling pointed out today on The Five that the real Butler was born in Virginia. His mother was never raped by a white man. His father was never killed by a white man. That was just included as an extra jab at whitey.

Theres more The real Butlers life story was not bad enough so they had to fill it up with racist lies. Hoover.org reported:
"Born in 1919, Eugene Allen grew up in segregated Virginia, and slowly worked his way up the butler profession, largely without incident. Unlike the fictional Cecil Gaines, he did not watch the boss rape his mother on a Georgia farm, only to shoot a bullet through his fathers head as he starts to protest the incident, leading Cecil years later to escape his past for a better future.
Instead, over a period of years, Allen rose from a pantry man to the highest position in White House service, Maître dhôtel. His life was marked by quiet distinction and personal happiness. He was married to the same woman, Helene, for 65 years. He had one son, Charles, who served in Vietnam. During the Reagan years, Nancy Reagan invited Allen and his wife to a state dinner as guests. When he retired shortly afterwards, President Reagan wrote him a sweet note. Nancy Reagan hugged him, tight, according to the story in the Washington Post. During service, he never said a word of criticism about any president. Nor was his resignation an act of political protest.
The fictional Cecil, however, does not come to the White House under Truman, but arrives in 1957, just in time for one of the defining events of the civil rights movementnamely, President Eisenhowers reluctant but firm decision to move federal troops into Little Rock, Arkansas, after Orval Faubus quite literally barred the school room door.
In general, the movie is full of hype. Cecils wholly fictional older son Louis gets involved in the civil rights movement from the time of the sit-ins through the rise of the Black Panther movement, and a younger brother, who professes pride in his country pays the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam. Cecils wife, Gloria, falls prey to alcoholism and for a time has a shabby affair with the guy next door.
Gaines service is marked by quiet frustration, knowing that black workers suffered a 40 percent wage deficit that lasted under the Reagan years, while being excluded from well-deserved promotions. When the weight of these injustices hit him, Cecil resigns to join his son Louis in a protest movement. When Slates, Aisha Harris was asked How True is The Butler? her candid answer was not much.

“chocked full of racist lies”
Of course it is.
Look at the cast: it’s a roll call Communists.
SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE
NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
I believe Hanoi Jayne is in that movie so BOYCOT IT.
The movie industry won’t make money on me seeing the film, the last movie I recall watching was “Lassie”
Lies?
Well, how else can the victim mentality be perpetuated?
Never mind the social, educational, economic, employment, etc. gains over the past 40 years...rather, just focus on racial inequities in America BEFORE Republicans forced better laws into place for American minorities.
It is imperative for Liberals to constantly ‘educate’ each successive generation into the mentality that they are NOT favored, entitled, and shamefully indulged beyond ALL reason and out of all proportion to actual necessity!!
Just out of idle curiosity (very idle), how much campaign cash have the Democrats and liberal causes raked in from these listed ‘stars’? On the other hand, has ANYBODY involved with this movie EVER contributed to a non-liberal cause or party (note that this clause is designed to eliminate contributions made to a certain GOVERNATOR!)
In other words this is, at best, a work of fiction based on a straw man who bears a resemblance to someones mental image of a real man. Then again, why should this Hollywood product be any different that most of what comes out of that place!
After Django made a few waves, we should have known more racially incendiary movies would be coming out.
Right now, they are ‘hot’ items and film makers will capitalize, even if they have to make the ‘facts’ fit the agenda.
Look for more such movies.
Not that I would ever pay money to see a movie with Jane Fonda in it any way.
I think the way to turn tables on liberals is to tell them that the Butler has the storytelling quality of some of the early Christian movies. Very little nuance, hammering the message over and over while having very little connection to real people’s experience. Such a shame to see Hollywood regress in it’s abilities to tell a story.
Is this the movie where she plays Nancy Reagan?
What next? Rosie O'Doughnut plays Marilyn Monroe?
And anything with Forest Whitaker should wind up on the cutting room floor in its entirety!
Racist, full or lies, obviously political, almost no connection to reality.
I smell Oscars. Maybe they could give it a “best documentary” award like Michael Moore and Al Gore.
Right. Be a cultureal dissident and boycott Hollywood movies.
It’s like getting to vote twice.
Vote once at the ballot box and again at the ticket window.
Vote with your dollars and refuse to PAY THEIR RENT for them... they have ENOUGH money, and don’t need MINE!
In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Fonda said of her casting: If it creates hoopla, it will cause more people to see the movie I figured it would tweak the right. Who cares?
I watched The Iron Lady with Meryl Streep as Lady Thatcher.
It wasn’t too bad, except the movie tried to give the impression that Lady Thatcher was frequently talking to her dead husband.
==
Why would we expect anything different from the liberal entertainment industry.
Not only is Hanoi Jayne in the movie, she is playing Nancy Reagan! How crazy is that... I figured this movie would be liberal Hollywood and wasn’t going to see it, but Fonda as Nancy Reagan???? That is an outrage.
It’s a d*mn shame they took the story of a good black man who worked hard and made something out of himself and turned it into trash.
THAT’S racist.
In general, the movie is full of hype.
..........................................................
Sounds to me like it is full of something a lot smellier than hype.
But we all knew the movie was a piece of slimy feces when they got Hanoi Jane Fonda to play Nancy Reagan.
All of the darker set will watch this movie and go home believing it.
This is no more than a face save for Orca and a continuing push by liberals for their “Africanized Planation Voters” to demand more reparations and privilege over Flyover Crackas, not equality.
The left sees their chances at solidifying socialism as about to diminish in 2014 and 2016. This movie is no more than “get out the vote” in their Plantation Voter Block by stirring shite. Factual or not is immaterial on the left, THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS.
Well, at least Meryl Streep can act.
