The defense attorney for abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell is furious about the Fox News special that aired Friday and Sunday nights exposing the gruesome abortions and infanticides that took place at his abortion clinic.
Jack McMahon claims the special was designed to sway members of the jury, even though jurors have been instructed to not watch or read any media coverage of Gosnell and the murder trial.

Following McMahon’s outburst, Judge Jefferey P. Minehart called the jury into the courtroom and instructed them to let him know if they watched the Fox News special. As another local reporter Tweeted:

Father Frank Pavone of Priests for Life said it is up to the pro-life movement to expose Gosnell to the nation, with the mainstream media largely punting coverage of his trial.
“Our nation is becoming like Nazi Germany,” he said. “The effort to defend Kermit Gosnell, on trial for murder, is a clear sign of this. The evidence against “Doctor” Gosnell is clear. Not only did he kill a 41-year-old woman, he brought multiple babies into this world and then callously, maliciously and without remorse took a pair of scissors and mercilessly severed their spines and killed them!”
“Kermit Gosnell’s defense attorney is saying there wasn’t enough evidence that these babies were alive after birth. He got some of the seven charges dropped for the murder of these babies! As if that takes away the horror of what he did,” he says. “There were in fact many more than the seven. But a court trial proceeds based on the evidence. So now the focus will be on the rest of the seven babies and the woman who was killed. The defense will do everything possible to acquit Gosnell altogether.”
Is that what he's really "furious" about, or is it the exposure of the cause to a large population-at-large that's got him mad? He was counting on the MSM to keep it quiet, in order to contain the outrage to just Gosnell.

I was only able to see part of that show, what I did see I have no words for.

This is an easy jury instruction to follow. There has been no news coverage of this.
The man’s face just looks like it is carrying the signs of his nasty profession.
As long as the jury didn’t see it, his objections are mute.

Yeah. CNN has been running this Jodi Arias thing constantly. I guess that case is “sexier” than the House of Horrors.

On trial for killing seven babies born alive, Kermit Gosnell’s lawyer said in court that prosecutors are applying “Mayo Clinic” standards to his client’s West Philadelphia practice, which catered to the poor.
“This is a targeted, elitist and racist prosecution of a doctor who’s done nothing but give (back) to the poor and the people of West Philadelphia,” the fiery McMahon insisted to the predominantly black jury, as Gosnell sat serenely taking notes. “It’s a prosecutorial lynching of Dr. Kermit Gosnell.”
Fox News did a great job and they have a very large audience. Gosnell is just being exposed for the monster that he his.

True enough ,, but they are the friendly corporate baby killing machine ,, you can’t go to PP and have a 24+ week baby killed ... they will give you a referral to Gosnell or someone like him ,, and they approve ,, but they won’t do it themselves ... it might compromise them getting that next government school clinic deal or that grant for (fill in the blank).
If we can’t convict a man like Gosnell, then we are totally doomed in this nation.
