We’ve only had one cat that wasn’t afraid of the vacuum cleaner. You could go all around her, and then you had to pick her up and move her to get where she was laying.

I HATE cats...except the one that visits us every few days, and takes a well-deserved nap in our house for several hours (i.e., he’s an angel).

Anyway, if you want to see fun stuff, watch a dog try to deal with the concept of a vacuum cleaner...it’s not pretty.

I couldn’t watch the video as we are dial up, and it would take the rest of the night IF we could load up at all, but had to toss in our story of a cat, and the vacuum.

As I’ve posted in the past we have numerous cats, down to 14 now, and most of them run for the hills so to speak whenever we vacuum in the atrium, or the house, but one.

Callie, a 16 year old Calico absolutely loves to have the shop vac treatment. She loves for me to take the hose, and vacuum her all over her body. The little Home Depot bucket head type machine that fits over the Homer buckets is what I use in my workshop, and as noisey as those little beasts are, she begs for more. It’s quite fun to watch as she twists, and turns to get the most she can out of the suction of that vacuum.

She always seems disappointed when it’s time to shut it down.
