That’s exactly what went throughout my mind, just labeling them with the various ideas and constants and equations named after them.

Or take his wife’s work and publish it as his own.

Check out the BBC series “The ascent of Man” narrated by mathematician and biologist Jacob Bronowski. You’ll love it...other than his pessimistic attitude toward man’s present disposition toward true science.

Is Heisenberg in that picture or not?

Of course not ... he's in my kitchen right now. He's only 8 weeks old! (Our new Keeskimo puppy ... the kids are all geeks!)

1927 Solvay conference. Some smart people there.

Oh, come off it already. Sheldon Cooper didn't attend.

("And I didn't, either," my cat telegraphs to me with that smart-ass cat expression only she can manage.)

Cheers!

His definition of insanity was probably not original; people just ascribe it to him to borrow some authority. He didn’t have a lot to offer outside his field but he did fundamentally change how humanity sees the universe; a pretty uncommon achievement.

Will do. Current BBC documentaries you CANNOT purchase that break my heart:

Chemistry: A Volatile History

Royal Deaths and Diseases

You can, however, get multiple copies of Housewives of Beverly Hills or Honey Boo Boo. Go figure. I wish the BBC would be more ameanable to putting such things out.
