We do not live in the land of the Free and the Brave, and a case like this is the prime example of the permanently lost freedoms of the people of this country.
Put aside your cultural preference regarding the musical genre and art form, the website involved was not the artists, ti was a music industry Public Relations and publicity blog run by a passionate hobbyist follwoing his instinct the market could use a website in that niche.. Sorta describe a certain Mr. Robinson around here.

One witness, Oscar Herrera, told KABC-TV he heard the gunman yelling I want to die.
No mention of the gunman yelling Allah Akbar.
I think they are stating this wrong, it was theft of property and if the facts presented in this article are true, a direct violation of the Constitution regarding due process.
