In the words of the infamous Ron White, “You can’t fix stupid!”

/s/
XTC or LSD
There needs to be a law that states if you car-surf you must wear a helmet. ...problem fixed.
How long does it take to type "Idjit on roof of moving car" on a police report?
Car surfing definitely ranks as one of the dumber things I ever did as a teenager.
A guy at my high school died doing this very thing.
Ahh, the stupidity of youth. I must have a guardian angel looking out for me.
Sounds like a serious head injury happened sometime prior.
