Abortion Polling [ABC]
http://abcnews.go.com/sections/us/DailyNews/abortion_poll030122.html
“Eight in 10 or more say an abortion should be legal to save the woman’s life, to preserve her health, or when the pregnancy was caused by rape or incest. A much smaller majority, 54 percent, supports legal abortion if there’s evidence the baby will be physically impaired. However, 57 percent oppose abortion solely to end an unwanted pregnancy “if the mother is unmarried and does not want the baby.” And opposition soars to about seven in 10 or more for so-called “partial-birth abortions” or abortions conducted in the sixth month of pregnancy or later.”
[I’ll be gone a lot, but I’m with you guys in spirit. Had great fun above. Laz zinged me a good one; I was hung up on closets and deserved it.]

All;
Watch the Muzzie demographics facts the last part of this video . . . slider maybe an inch from the right end.
Don’t have the minutes point.
LINDSEY WILLIAMS:
BTW, the 1:40:00 point is closer to when he begins sharing his 12-13 points of how to prepare financially and otherwise.
.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFBI1bzWzJ4
The last segment is a presentation of the Gospel.
The segment just before that is a very convincing horrific documentation of replacement facts from all recorded history with particular attention to current Muzzie demographics and how Europe is lost—for certain—and the USA is on the borderline—only by ‘virtue’ of immigration of the Hispanics.

The leftist yuppie sees the glass of koolaid as half full ....
“we could have one produced at Obama Motors Yeah, but parts would fall off.”
That’s the ‘beauty’ of it. Disposable bodies with planned obscelecence are perfect for the fragile planet.
We could commercialize post-birth abortions and sell tickets — huge profit potential here. Moms and kids could be put in an arena to ‘abort’ each other like gladiators. [save this idea].

Right you are. But humans who chop each other up and kill each other save lots of carbon. Don’t you know that air is more important than human life?

Someone sent Boortz an email that I wish I could take credit for. Basically he/she said that if opposing abortion is stupid because the Rats can say you’re anti-woman, then why oppose the EPA since they’ll say you’re anti-environment, or oppose the Dept of Education since they’ll say you’re anti-education.

If we're going to allow abortions in this country, does that mean the taxpayer has to fund abortions? It's basically a dumb argument. You don't get to fund the gubmint a la carte. Do left-wingers get to opt out of funding wars? Do libertarians get to opt out of funding the DEA? You might be able to shoot down some funding here and there using the argument (dumb arguments sometimes work), but it is basically just politics, not reason.

Its safe to say that the Kelo ruling has exposed the courts. Do you really think that people will put up with the judiciary much longer? Actually, it's safe to say the overwhelming majority of Americans have no idea what Kelo is. Most people would think it refers to a certain amount of cocaine or heroin, because they've heard the word on tv cop shows.
People have put up with the SCOTUS for a couple hundred years and counting. I don't expect that to change. And the only time anyone cares about eminent domain is when they're personally getting the short end.

In other words, why allow the left to define the debate. It's just another excuse for Boortz not to actually debate the issue. If he allows debate, he will come to the logical conclusion that abortion is murder and he doesn't want to face that cold hard truth. It doesn't square with his libertarian ideas, or so he believes.
He forgets the part in the Declaration of Independence where Jefferson writes that We as a people hold these self truths to be evident. That we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights and among them are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Now if our government is not supposed to protect our unalienable right to life, what is it there for?

PS--Remember when Katie Couric asked Mrs. Palin to name a case besides Roe that she disagreed with? She didn't have an answer. Kelo would have been obvious, but even the governor of Alaska was clueless. What does that tell you about the public's awareness of SCOTUS cases.
And by the way, it's by design:
The judicial power will operate to effect, in the most certain, but yet silent and imperceptible manner, what is evidently the tendency of the constitution: I mean, an entire subversion of the legislative, executive and judicial powers of the individual states. Every adjudication of the supreme court, on any question that may arise upon the nature and extent of the general government, will affect the limits of the state jurisdiction. In proportion as the former enlarge the exercise of their powers, will that of the latter be restricted. Brutus, The New-York Journal, January 31, 1788

No, it's not a dumb argument. To your first point, one of the roles of the federal government as stated in the preamble is to provide for the common defense. So yeah, the leftist have abdicated the nations common defense to the government by staying U.S. citizens. The drug war, I would agree needs a lot of revision and I'm not sure that we should go along with prosecuting someone for smoking dope.
But lets put that aside for a moment. The two examples you cite are the government providing common services for the general benefit of society. The government providing a direct service to an individual for his personal benefit is a completely different argument. It falls in the same line of argument as food stamps, welfare payments etc.. A direct transfer of wealth from a citizen (taxes) to provide a service or benefit to another citizen (abortion). So by saying you are for the government funding abortions is the same as saying you are for the government funding people to live in houses, to pay for their groceries, health care etc..

abortion is a darwin test... to see whos smart enough to pass along their dna
Based on statistics I looked up, it appears the various races other than white add up to equally stupid, for the grand total of 800 thousand to a million a year in doing away with their offspring. Eugenics alive and well.
