When I lived in Michigan, the bag limit for Black Bear was one, for the rest of your life. If you got a bear, you could never have a license again. I wonder if she’s SOL for hunting bear ever again?

Disgusting post. You all think she’s remarkable because she gets a thrill killing animals? Hunting is NOT a sport. In a sport both sides should know they are in the game. Shame on all of you who lust on blood sports....just for the thrill. Go grow a pair or compensate for your inadequacies in a more humane way.

Very good for her. My 25 year old niece shot her second bear a week ago. It field dressed at 431 pounds, so it was over 500 live weight. She had to belly crawl to within 20 feet of it because it was fighting the dogs in very thick cover. She shot it with her 30-06. She is blond, pretty, single, and a serious Christian young woman.
I have been waiting for an email from her to post the whole story, but this seemed topical.
