Please explain why we hate Karl Rove.
I do not.
I carefully reviewed all of the pertinent clips and print.
I feel that Mr. Rove has only done what what Mr. Rove is PAID to do. That is extremely similar to selecting WINNERS.
My hope is the candidate from Delaware will win. (She might or might not) With some dismay, I tend to agree with people who know what they are talking about at a specific time with the facts available to them (and have made a decent career of picking Winners).
I may not have agreed with every individual daily decision of W, but I believe my country is better of than it would have been under any other candidate. I believe that Mr. Rove aided the better candidate in the pertinent races to which I am referring.
I have worked with Campaigns enough know that wanting conservatism and what we get are two entirely different things. (Please review R-Tex/4. He is Sooooo Conservative it is easy to forget a few insignificant years as a Dem).
No responses will be given to anyone with out a guarantee by careful review of their previous posts that they are not INFILTRATORS (I was TIN FOIL long before TIN FOIL was cool) .
The likelihood of response from the poster if a join date is prior to November 2004 and after November 2000 is Low; any later need not respond.
The likelihood of response from the poster if a join date is Prior to November 2000 is pretty good but most likely will be in the form of a Private Response largely because most of these Newbies have no since of history that involves intellectual discussion.
Flame Away!

Please have Rove ‘splain 2006 and 2008 along with the uncontrolled border.
Don’t hate him, am indifferent to him...
Is there some reason you don’t want anyone to concentrate on Chris Coons?
The primary is over and if Castle had won you would be saying its time to unite behind him.
Karl Rove came down hard on the side of Big Government.
When the defining opportunity to have a real conservative or a RINO was presented, he chose the RINO.
There is a signal advantage to having a real conservative beat a RINO. It puts all other Republicans on notice that they may not be non-conservative and win primaries. That’s an excellent precedent, even if it costs us 1 Senate seat. What would we get otherwise, another Arlen Specter?
He's not going to have an easy time digging himself out after continuously dissing a candidate who just became the republican nominee.
Simple - he spent more time hammering O’Donnell than he did Coons. Case closed.
Hitting the sauce a little early or are you on the east coast ?
I don’t hate him, I just happen to disagree with him.
Push for Illegal amnesty as well.
I don’t hate Rove, I just have to decide if a liberal Republican is as bad a liberal Democrat.
...because we are sick of the Ruling Elite ? ....the Bush neo con shell game (read my lips) ? ......the mccain sham wow ? ....sick of the GOP being just “the other leftist” party ?
Hate him? No. I even asked him to explain WTF he was talking about, but to no avail.
He owes an explaination as to which part of the GOP "Big Tent" he belongs, so we can treat him accordingly.
It's as simple as that. If he wants to align himself with McCain and Castle, so be it. I take exception to the fact that you so closely align him with Bush, since what he did years ago, has no bearing on what he does now. so separate the facts from the fiction or strawman argument.
EOM
I certainly don’t hate Rove.
But it seems that if he were sincere, he would have supported O’Donnell after she won the primary, instead of attacking her personally.
And if he knew something about her that we don’t, surely he would have known it before the primary and would have let it out by some means or another.
(Remember—Clinton operatives likely signed up on this website prior to 2000, while real American patriots are able to join as late as today. Date tells nothing.)
Heck, let’s ask for free drugs and copious spending too.
I don’t know exactly, but I think it has to do with calling attention to some character problems with Christine, but then ignoring Castle’s vote on cap and tax which is far more damaging to the country than Christine taking a few years to pay off her school. He missed the big issues and opted for waving some paper about Christine on the TV screen. A vote for Cap and Tax is a serious character flaw.
Karl Rove is way over-rated. He let W’s 2000 campaign collapse down the stretch. If it wasn’t for a couple hundred people in FLA, we wouldn’t even know his name. He didn’t even finnish off Kerry on Election night 2004.
Rove’s hero is turn of the century Republican party boss Mark Hannah. Everybody remembers Hannah. He was the ‘strategeric’ thinker who thought he would get rid of TR by making him Veep. After all, it wasn’t as though 2 presidents in the past 35 years had been assassinated. Oh, wait. Quite a fitting role model for Rove.
Supporting Mike Castle is like supporting Chris Coons. Is that who Karl Rove is going to get behind now that Castle was defeated? There’s very little difference between Coons, Castle and Obama. Castle voted with the Obama White House 99 percent of the time. That’s not slowing the growth of big government, that’s feeding it’s growth.
