Immigration
The Issue: We welcome all refugees to our country and condemn the efforts of U.S. officials to create a new "Berlin Wall" which would keep them captive. We condemn the U.S. government's policy of barring those refugees from our country and preventing Americans from assisting their passage to help them escape tyranny or improve their economic prospects.
The Principle: We hold that human rights should not be denied or abridged on the basis of nationality. Undocumented non-citizens should not be denied the fundamental freedom to labor and to move about unmolested. Furthermore, immigration must not be restricted for reasons of race, religion, political creed, age or sexual preference. We oppose government welfare and resettlement payments to non-citizens just as we oppose government welfare payments to all other persons.
Solutions: We condemn massive roundups of Hispanic Americans and others by the federal government in its hunt for individuals not possessing required government documents. We strongly oppose all measures that punish employers who hire undocumented workers. Such measures repress free enterprise, harass workers, and systematically discourage employers from hiring Hispanics.
Transitional Action: We call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally.

Sovereignty
We completely oppose any action that surrenders the moral, political or economic sovereignty of the United States and its people, and demand the immediate restoration of that sovereignty wherever it has been eroded.
We demand the immediate securing and continuous vigilant maintenance of our sovereign territory and borders. We oppose any private or governmental action that rewards illegal entry into the United States in any way, and demand speedy and full enforcement of our laws concerning all such activities.

It is well within the Federal Government's purview to take the steps necessary to remove them form our soil, and to prevent them from coming here in the first place, regardless of ethnicity, nation of origin, skin color, and their relationship with their family pet.
It is an eminently equal-opportunity ousting, and it has nothing to do with racism, but the maintaining of the cultural integrity which is an essential part of nationhood.
With that in mind, all the race-baiting global socialists can stay home in their respective countries of origin and save us the trouble of kicking them out.

I think your Alan Keyes didn’t even reach 48,000 votes so he is irrelevant but the Libertarian Party actually won .4% of the vote which was less than the Independent Ralph Nader at .56% but more than the .15% of the conservative Constitution Party or the .12% of the Green Party.
When it comes to “relevance” on the issue of border security, it is your party, the formerly grand old party, which is irrelevant. After all, your top leaders have shown that they have no regard for the sovereignty of our national territory, or for what the people want. Functionally, your party is joined at the hip with the Democrats.
America’s Independent Party’s position is the position of a large majority of the American people.
Yeah I know, it is you and Obama’s Democrat party that will fight to defeat Republicans, I don’t think that Mr. Keyes has ever come close to winning any election, any where, ever.
