Okay, hear me out. With a little over two months left in his term, the President can go down in history with one simple stroke of the pen. Issue an executive order immediately declassifying ALL files and documents pertaining to UFO's and UFO investigations. We all know the government isn't telling us everything. Open the vaults, it's long overdue.
Id rather he pardon Alonso Compean and Ignacio Ramos W.F.Now

He doesn’t have that authority. Constitutionally he does. Functionally he doesn’t. Been removed from Presidents after Ike, IIRC.
Is almost a moot issue . . . will be outted in some dramatic way in near future. How near remains to be seen. WWIII will be near, too. How near, remains to be seen.

Wait for Lake Erie to freeze over, then roll the tanks over it, and cut all transportation between Toronto and Montreal. Our forces would be greeted as liberators in the western provinces. We could give Quebec back to France. And nobody cares about the Maritime provinces. Ontario might put up a bit of a battle, but we could handle it.
