Cats in the Swedish town of Söderköping are facing a crackdown, after the council issued a ban on free sex and on pooping in the flowerbeds.
Environmental and planning officers in the town, 180 kilometres south of Stockholm, have demanded that cat owners place litter trays outdoors. They have also said that cats not being used in breeding programmes should be castrated.

The new rules also insist that cats usually kept indoors should be kept on a leash or under constant supervision when allowed outdoors.
I’ll pay to see a cat on a leash. I tried it once.........once.(Killer was not happy with me)

Cats don’t poop, they bury IED’s (Improvised Excrement Devices). This is sort of like walking in a minefield.

I tried three at one time like that. “Kink” fought you all the way, “Lady” (who would do anything to please you) was as good as any dog on a leash, and “Bumbles” we sort of drug him behind him the other two cats and the dog.

One quick question pops right out, “If the cats can’t have free sex, can they charge for it”? You could have a true cat house that way.

People who know my usual posts know exactly what I would say if I could get away with it. That is why I am glad the administrators don’t have an airforce, because they would call a strike in on me.
