Well, here's the problem with the first one: Buffalo, NY.

Who would want an office building in a state where residents and businesses are fleeing due to ridiculously high taxes? Maybe Wal-Mart could use it as a wharehouse. Then Hitlary would be railing against Wal-Mart, trying to put it's employees on unemployment.
