In yesterday's news, the WH defended Presidential advisor Karl Rove's comments from earlier in the week comparing Dem & R response to 9/11,
while in Senate Hearings Teddy the Swimmer lied & distorted with his usual impunity.
The Dem Party continues to undermine & work to destroy this country, its military, and national security.
We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
That would be my approach to the Dems right now.

Karl Rove actually quoted liberals in his speech. Repeating what has already been said. I wonder if that's what hurt?

Regarding eminent domain:
In her dissent Justice Sandra Day O'Connor showed incredible foresight when she wrote, "The specter of condemnation hangs over all property. Nothing is to prevent the state from replacing any Motel 6 with a Ritz-Carlton, any home with a shopping mall, or any farm with a factory.....Any property may now be taken for the benefit of another private party, but the fallout from this decision will not be random. The beneficiaries are likely to be those citizens with disproportionate influence and power in the political process, including large corporations and development firms....As for the victims, the government now has license to transfer property from those with fewer resources to those with more. The Founders cannot have intended this perverse result."

Good morning. At work for awhile. Will be home later to finish up, or move towards finishing up packing (we'll be pretty much done tomorrow, and begin moving the computer equipment on Sunday).
It is thanks. The injury caused a sprained back. Chiropractor every morning loosened it up quite a bit.
Hardest part was to sit or try to sleep.
