If this is not the right place to post this, please forgive me. With this being Labor Day, there are a lot of great war movies showing, (except Saving Private Ryan, in some cities.) I was just wondersing what everyones favorite WWII movies were.

I saw Saving Private Ryan last night but I think Band of brothers is a better movie. Another great movie is a WWI flick (The lost battalion) Rick Schroeder gave an oddly convincing performance in that movie.

With no doubt, the best of all is the series The Band of Brothers. All else pale in comparison Savin Private Ryan is close.
By the way, in a Reuters raw footage clip of the Fallujah battle a Marine can be overheard yellin the F word as part of his admonition.
here It is a great clip. There is anotherone there with a Bradley on fire and the resulting turmoil to save it.
