Three polls released late this week show a majority of Americans approve of President Trump’s handling of the COVID-19 Chinese coronavirus crisis. The approval numbers have risen as as Trump has led daily televised press briefings on the government’s response to the virus. By coincidence a call has gone out by liberals, led by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, for a media blackout of the briefings because they say Trump will get people killed because of his rhetoric.
The ABC News/ Ipsos poll has Trump up at 55 percent, the Harris poll at 53 percent and Survey USA at 51 percent.
UPDATE: A Morning Consult poll released Friday afternoon shows Trump with a 53 percent approval of his hadnling of the coronavirus.

The left is going nuts trying to figure out a way to demonize President Trump’s handling of the current health crisis. They’ve made a pathetic attempt to play the race card by claiming he’s a racist for calling it the “Chinese Virus”, but nobody’s buying it. He’s closed the borders, and the left doesn’t have a credible argument for keeping them open. The president has been praised for his early and decisive action to ban travel to our country from China. Meanwhile, their presumed presidential nominee Joe Biden, is on record opposing this action. Even Democrat Governors have been praising the president’s efforts. If we are able to come out of this fairly quickly, and the economy rebounds, the Democrats don’t stand a chance in November and they know it.

Pretty funny watching the take-down of a female Fox anchor today. She tried to ridicule the President’s remarks about re-using or sterilizing masks. One doctors she spoke to said it was an option for certain masks and said he had worn the same mask for longer than you were theoretically supposed to and the other said that we are in a war footing and you can’t always insist on civilian procedures.
