Convinced that police forces are irredeemable bastions of racism, some leftist philosophers are arguing for the abolition of city law-enforcement officers. In Seattle, narrowly defeated city council candidate Shaun Scott contends that police are an "apparatus of overaggressive and racist policing that has emerged to steer many black and brown bodies back into, in essence, a form of slavery. Keeping poor people from taking what they need from those who already have more than they need because police call this theft is morally wrong."
Mychal Denzel Smith wrote an article in The Nation saying that "police should be replaced by a system of full social, economic, and political equality. Once the government controls all resources it can eliminate the poverty that forces individuals into committing crimes by distributing wealth based on need. Instead of robbing a neighbor to survive all anyone would have to do is go to a government facility to get his or her allotment."
Smith rebutted arguments that human greed wouldn't be abolished and would still spur some to try to take more than their fair share by pointing out that "the universal poverty and social regimentation that would follow from collectivism will make crime such a low-yield occupation that no police force will be necessary."

Well of course! And once the progressive regime is established crime would not exist, and people would be so happy that a police force would be redundant and the extra tax dollars could be redirected to more important things. Yes, but there would still be a police force to force ... er, direct and orient... people into their truly benevolent nature. This really wouldn’t be a police force, but should be called the BROTHERHOOD OF LOVE AND COMPASSION. Their responsibility is to coerce by decidedly friendly means people into doing the right thing — to make everybody happy! No nightsticks and mace but magic wands and harmless spells. If you happen see somebody with their brains spilling out of their head that was an illusion from a spell. Yes, it would be a paradise!

They should abolish the entire justice system. If you’re not going to keep the criminals in jail then you don’t need police, prosecutors, judges or jailers. Why spend the money? Just let the Second Amendment keep the peace.
No police means killing lefties and illegals is okay?

Oh, I am glad that the western part of the USA has a history of vigilante justice. Remember liberals to be careful for what you wish for in doing away with the police and you just might get your wish and you might not like what you get.
Let’s see, no police, no bail for perps, all drugs legal and let’s get rid of prisons. What could possibly go wrong?
If the police were to lock up all the leftists, they’d make their job obsolete.
