Yesterday i was on facebook and noticed people saying, oh, Walmart is not selling ammo anymore! Its a start!

A start to what? People going to local stores and buying ammo somewhere else? These idiots think just because Walmart is not selling ammo that law abiding citizens and criminals will not get ammo elsewhere?

I so so sick of this subject its unreal.

It’s a start toward CW2.

I buy my ammo online from luckygunner.com. Pretty cheap.

I only buy shot gun shells at Walmart.

This does not surprise me. Just look at the stupid crap on tv and their live bearded, tattooed audiences wearing dopey T shirts. If they were any dumber, they’d starve to death.

The funniest thing is that the left hates Walmart.

It’s not union.

This won’t do anything but lose them business.

...just for the helluvit, I went to my local Walmart just to see what they would say regarding this matter...The store clerk said, yes, they will stop selling “handgun ammunition”; I said, yeah, but there are rifles that use 9mm and .40 S&W (e.g., Ruger’s Pistol Caliber Rifles just to name one among others...) he was totally OTL (Out To Lunch)...had no frikkin’ clue as to what I was talking about...

Walmart is only dropping certain ammo. My understanding it was ammo that were not making any real profit on because of so many competitors.

If they really care about gun violence they would stop carry all ammo and guns. Walmart makes a lot of money off ammo sales. I do not remember every purchasing any short barrel rifle ammo from them or any ammo from them.

.223 and 5.56 rounds are cheaper in other places. So this is just a fake we care statement. They are not making much profit off of .223 or 5.56..

I think we are going to stop support the China discount outlet store.

I wonder what they would think of people showing up with I am carrying shirts...

As concern citizens, we should all email them to demand they drop all guns and ammo...

...I dunno about them I am carrying shirts... Didn’t some guy somplace here is The Land of the (partially) Free and the Home of the (used to be...) Brave get into legal trouble when he pointed his frikkin’ finger at his neighbor as if it were a gun, and his neighbor brought charges against him...??

I have posted every single gun fact, even to the point showing that we’re at 1940’s levels of “gun violence” and dropping-——they don’t care. My thoughts? They have grown impatient and the masks are off——they do want to disarm us because they despise freedom, Capitalism and private property. This is evil——be ready, very dark days ahead.

Yes, that was in PA and it’s not quite that clear. This guy made numerous threats before and that was taken into consideration. However, a $100 fine for doing what he did was petty and borderline unconstitutional.

I don’t think anyone cares about gun stats - they car about what makes the news, which is mass shootings. The new baseline is: how many mass shootings were there before and there are now?

...thanks for the clarification...there is ALWAYS a back-story to almost everything posted here...!!! I agree; any kind of fine for that action appears to be an egregious abuse of that local government’s power.....

Ha! I wouldn’t expect anybody working at Walmart to know anything about weapons or ammo or milk and eggs for that matter.

I think gun related sales are very small at Walmart. They really don’t have much stuff anyone would want. The CEO thinks he will win some points with the left curtailing gun related sales at a small price. Target, on the other hand, did the same thing and was hurt bad though.

Although I’m not handy, I’m thinking about loading my own. I’m lucky to have an expert as a friend.

I wouldn’t even think of buying ammo at Walmart. We go to Cabelas or buy it at the range.

Of course they will. Walmart knows full well that this won’t hurt their other sales because they are the only choice in most rural communities, and that law abiding citizens will just get their ammo elsewhere. Meanwhile they get to virtue signal to their shareholders and analysts, most of whome are east-coast liberals. It’s quite likely they will get a stock bump out of this and virtually no impact on revenue.

Ditto. Their stuff is under lock and there is never a clerk around to unlock. It is such a pain to mess with I have never even considered buying ammo from them.
