Yes, that was in PA and it’s not quite that clear. This guy made numerous threats before and that was taken into consideration. However, a $100 fine for doing what he did was petty and borderline unconstitutional.
...thanks for the clarification...there is ALWAYS a back-story to almost everything posted here...!!! I agree; any kind of fine for that action appears to be an egregious abuse of that local government’s power.....
