I've just about had it with our college president.
Today, yet another whining yet self-righteous condescending letter about "hate".
Basically, last week this pres sent out a note to everyone about a couple (emphasis that last) fliers found on lampposts at our college. Again, today, she e-mailed about a swastika carved into a desk - desk was taken away, etc. All this is super alarm about "white nationalists" and "hate".
I'm sick of it. Finally today I replied with short query, along with a photo. Why does our college sanction Hispanic clubs using FISTS as logos? I've kept my mouth shut a long time, but where I work there is a flier posted on a (Hispanic-relations) worker's office all this year complete with the commie threatening fist.
This pres talks about "safe" and "hate" but doesn't seem to care unless it's an alleged white group posting something - which aren't even sanctioned. But there are LOADS of non-white exclusive and even threatening things on campus.
Anyway, this is a heads-up that I don't know if I'll catch hell for this, and lose my job.

I’ve been complaining about the ever-present clenched-fist symbolism on the left for years. Somehow, that is never deemed “hateful” or “threatening” by college administrators.
A poster of Che Guevara was on a classroom wall at our local high school. Photos of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Madison et al? Ha! Nowhere to be seen.
Remember, all they can do in the end is cry hissyfit and let slip the poodles of indignation.
They don’t know how to handle others really standing up to them, it’s why their need for safe spaces demands everyone else has no safe spaces.

You cannot reason with insane people. The far left is truly insane. Everything they believe seems backwards from reality. They push communism/socialism in the name of peace and justice. But communist/socialist governments have killed about 150 million of their own citizens in the last 100 years, most for stupid reasons like believing in freedom or being successful and not dependent on government. This murder figure does not include the numbers worked or starved to death in gulags.
The war deaths in the same timeframe are far less, even counting wars against communism. Your college administration is aligned with the most mass murders in the last 100 years and is the opposite of what they claim (what a surprise for the left who claim right is wrong). The reason for owning firearms is clear if you understand the history of the left. You may have gotten into a fight that the left controls. But, I wish you the best.
LOL, and I only just found out we have some “safe space” today! (No, that was BEFORE the letter - just saw it somewhere in the cafeteria or something.)
I might use it to feel safe from being judged by commies.
I will keep rather mum until I know what is happening.
Sometimes I wish I instead constructed a complete (and separate) letter intellectually bringing up all my grievances, rather than “shooting from the hip” as a reply to a specific “issue”.
