CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem tweeted her interpretation of the questions.
"It may be Trump colluded. It may be Trump cooperated. It may be Trump is compromised.
What we can infer from these questions: Mueller does not think this is all a coincidence. @cnn"
What we can infer from these questions: Mueller does not think this is all a coincidence, she concluded.
And this is why the only sane response to the request for an interview is: “Go Pound Salt”.
Trump’s response to Mueller for every question should be:
“I’m thinking you deserve a 15 year or 20 year prison sentence, where would you like to serve it”?
s/b “reaction to news reports”
I would ask questions in return for example what does Robert Mueller know about Uranium One? What does Robert Mueller know about Whitey Bolger? Why is Mr. Mueller not investigating any of Hillary Clintons Russian collusion during the 2016 election?
Lastly, I would say to Robert Mueller: since Hillary Clinton was never interviewed under oath why are earth would I even consider being interviewed under oath.
AHA!!
So the question meuller wants to ask prove ....somethign!!
Trump should tell him it’s none of his dam business what he ‘thought about’ comey, except maybe that he was a major asshole
Not shrewd at all. Those questions are obviously snares trying to entrap the President. I wouldn’t answer 1 of them and assert executive privilege.
Ex: Trump has the complete and total authority to fire Comey, and he did. Case closed.
Leaks from either Muellers boys or Clapper
Disinformation hence Fake Newd
I wonder if Mueller asked Whitey Bulger this many questions.
- Which epithet would you most frequently reserve for Comey?
- What month did you stop colluding with Putin?
- How many times in an hour do you wish you could fire Muller?
- Have you ever petted a miniature giraffe?
#11. Hannity and Sarah. I’ll take “FAKE NEWS” for $1,000.
Either the NY Times has very bad sources or they fell for an old disinformation trap themselves.
For a supposed leading US newspaper, they would be really stupid to think that half these questions are legal, sane, or even allowable.
Bu then again, it is the NY Times whose motto is “All the News We Think Should Fit Our Preconceived Bias”.
God, more important was Mueller asking Trump why he talked to Mr. Rogers. Damned, the man has been dead for years so Trump must be channeling him in the great “Neighborhood in the Sky”.
Perhaps he was asking for some child-rearing hints about how much of an allowance he should be giving Baron, or whether Melania should make his lunch for him for school.
Watch for Mueller to issue a subpoena for Mr. Rogers. He’s that stupid and desperate.
If you haven’t figured out by now that this is sarcasm, then there is nothing I can do for you except get you a subscription to the NY Times. You need to read more fiction.
This is ridiculous knowing what we know the Dems did in the election which is verified
Hi Tim
Are we to assume you are no longer a nevertrumper?
A lot of these questions have built-in assumptions and are absurdly vague.
More importantly, if this is real, the President should tell Mueller to buzz off.
What was the purpose of your April 11, 2017, statement to Maria Bartiromo?
Mueller belongs in prison for life, or at a necktie party. Thanks TBP.
What utter bullsheet. President trump should use this to terminate the entire musket rose stern farce Immediately.
Answer: "None of your damn business what I thought! What did I do? I took a bath!"
can’t recall seeing this on FR:
30 Apr: The Hill: Conservative House lawmakers draft articles of impeachment against Rosenstein
By Olivia Beavers
A group of conservative House lawmakers have begun drafting a resolution that calls for the impeachment of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the top Department of Justice (DOJ) official overseeing special counsel Robert Muellers Russia investigation.
The impeachment document makes a series of charges against Rosenstein, the latest sign of escalating efforts among conservatives to oust the DOJs No. 2 official, according to a copy of the draft obtained by The Hill.
There has been no indication, however, that Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and other House GOP leaders will act on the measure, having largely remained silent amid calls for his removal by hard-line conservatives...
Conservative members led by Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.), chairman of the House Freedom Caucus and close ally of President Trump, drafted the eight articles of impeachment against Rosenstein ...ETC ETC
http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/385587-conservative-house-lawmakers-draft-articles-of-impeachment-against
the story is carried by various MSM.
I learned about the impeachment recommendation of Rosenstein tonight on Hannity from Sarah Carter. May should be an interesting month.
My only question about the drafting of articles of impeachment for RR is “What took you so long?”
