It seems the movements in Syrian skies are telling a story of an impending confrontation between the United States and Russia. Yes, the planes keeping watch over Syria belong to Russia, but Putin is Assad’s keeper. It is almost as if Assad is the child, and Putin is the father. Make no mistake about it, this looming war will be fought between the US and Russia.
At this time, Iran is making decisions for Syria, as Assad is holed up in a Russian bunker. While Iran is filling Assad’s shoes, Russia is filling his skies. Russian jets have been routinely flying along the Syrian coast since President Trump’s threats, but they have recently increased the number of flights over the last 12 hours.
I would say this is a solid indication the United States has made a decision on striking Syria. I do know they have announced they have proof of the Syrian chemical weapons attack. The hospital records show chlorine in the urine and blood, and some patients show signs of having been exposed to a nerve agent.

Russia did nothing, as I stated repeatedly to the moonbats all day yesterday.
No response....No war....a reciprocal reasonable strike, which Trump warned of. Next time, we will hit the Iranian bases full bore. We did hit a Hezzbolah base, I believe.

Whether Syria was the one using the gas is irrelevant. Trump had to attack. Hopefully the tit for tat is over and this test of Trumps resolve was proven

The thing about the muzloid world is that NOTHING is as it seems. There is duplicity, back door-deals, cross alliances, and double-crosses when it benefits a particular actor.
I am of the opinion that the gas attack was staged. The main one to benefit is Turkey, not Russia or Iran. Erdogan is just as crazy as the Iranians, and has dreams of re-establishing the Ottoman caliphate.
As for World War III, Patton was right, we should have finished the communists right after we ended the Nazis.
Russia is a paper tiger, their bluff called and they lose massive face in a region where face is everything. Iran as well.
If the nation’s enemies on both sides of The Pond think starting a war will get rid of Trump, they’ll start a war.
I’m thinking, however, that’s not their first, second, or even third option.

The entire Syrian adventure, beginning with the Obama administration, and continuing to today is unconstitutional. We are in a state of war with nations and groups in the Middle East without the formal declaration of war required by the Constitution.
The founders made the President the commander in chief of the armed forces, recognizing that once the people’s representatives in Congress, after thoughtful and careful deliberation decided to go to war, it was necessary to have one leader directing the forces of the United States. However, the decision to go to war is clearly not the prerogative of the President, it is Congress that declares the war and funds the campaign.
Since World War II Congress has abdicated its responsibility to determine if the nation will commit its financial resources and the blood of its youth to fighting another nation. The result has been US presidents have unilaterally intervened in other nations at a cost of trillions of taxpayer dollars, hundreds of thousands of dead or maimed American soldiers, trillions of dollars of property damage in nations far away, and millions of lives lost and destroyed. What else to we have to show for these foreign adventures.
If Assad is gassing people, it is no concern of ours. If there is a case Assad represents a significant threat to the American people, there should be a debate in Congress and a roll call vote of the people’s representatives to go to war or not. If Congress votes to declare war, then bombs away. If not, our troops should not be engaged in Syria or anywhere else people are engaged in conflict around the world. Let Israel, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Israel deal with trouble in their own backyard. If Syria calls in Russia so be it. The survival of our nation is not jeopardized by the presence of Russian troops, French troops, British troops, Chinese troops, or any other players in that region. In fact, removing our troops and letting foreign nations become mired in the quicksand of that region will very likely make the homeland more, not less, safe from foreign invasion.
The founding fathers warned future generations about foreign entanglements. Until the 20th Century, America’s leaders heeded these warnings and maintained an isolationist foreign policy. With the exception of the War of 1812, a declared war resulting from an actual invasion of the US homeland by Great Britain, the isolationist policy allowed the US to prosper and grow in peace while the nations of Europe engaged in constant warfare.
I have yet to hear a reasoned explanation of why the US national interest is served by our armed forces occupying and engaging in conflict in the Middle East. We are told Assad is killing civilians and we need to intervene to stop it. Yet at the same time the terrorists we are providing funds, weapons, and military advice to are doing the same. The US can claim no moral superiority here.
While are armed forces are preoccupied overseas, in undeclared wars with no end, millions of illegal immigrants cross our borders each year and take up residence in our nation. Over 3000 American citizens are killed each year by these invaders, millions of dollars of property crimes are committed by these invaders, and billions of dollars of social services are consumed by these invaders.
If George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Andrew Hamilton were transported through time to assess the current situation they would be appalled that our troops are in Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, South Korea, and other foreign nations while foreign invaders were roaming free terrorizing the homeland. They would also find it disturbing Congress will not appropriate $20 billion to build a protective wall on the southern border but happily spends $49 billion per year in foreign aid and $150 billion per year to maintain military bases outside the US.
Our priorities as a nation are clearly misplaced. We are lobbing Tomahawk missiles into Syria at a cost of $900,000 each while foreign gangs, drug dealers, and human traffickers commit crimes daily on US soil with impunity. Not to mention the thousands of American citizens who are victims of murder, rape, child molestation, identity theft, burglary, or assault by people in the country illegally. Add the taxpayers who pay billions of dollars for social programs for the illegals.
It is long past time for the US to bring its troops home and deploy them in the US protecting the border and rounding up the criminals. Without a secure homeland there is no America. To make American great again we need to secure and rebuild the homeland, not villages in Syria, Somalia, or Afghanistan.
