I've got a scar that looks a
lot like the enlarged photo at the site. It runs along the side of my right hand from the base of my thumb almost to my wrist. It's from some severe road-rash I picked up during a racing crash when my riding gloves burst open on impact.
Maybe Mars bumped up against something...
