The Best Solution To The Weinstein Problem? CalExit!
DB Daily Update ^ | 10.13.2017 | David Blackmon

Posted on 10/13/2017 4:59:04 AM PDT by EyesOfTX

This Weinstein deal should remind every thinking American in the 98% of the country that lies outside of the major media centers that there is an organized effort to have California secede from the United States, commonly referred to as “CalExit”. The Sacramento Bee carried a story about this effort yesterday, in which backers of this secession effort say they believe they have an easier path to taking their state out of the union than the Catalonians have to separate their region from Spain.

“There are definitely similarities in the fiscal situation – we both give more than we get back,” said Dave Marin, “But there’s more flexibility in the U.S. Constitution for secession than there is in the Spanish one.” Honestly, it should give the rest of us a little hope as well that maybe, sometime in the near future, the cesspit of depravity that is Harvey Weinstein World will reside in a whole separate country.

Incidentally, about that whole “we both give more than we get back” line of BS spouted by Mr. Marin: I’m thinking this guy hasn’t considered what his state’s life would be like without all that water coming into LA from the Colorado River, or what it might cost his new country to recruit and maintain its own military forces, because if you think us “Normals” out here in flyover country are just going to smile and say “great!” when Californians come begging for water and our armed forces to protect them when things get real, you don’t really know us Normals, and you don’t want to find out the answer to those questions the hard way.

But hey, go for it, Mr. Marin. All I want to know about your effort really and truly is, how can I help make it happen?

As I have said before.

The day California exits the Union is the day 75% of “Old California” (by land mass) rejoins the Union as a new state.

This new state will take nearly all of “Old California’s” water, food and power with them.

The rest of the country is not going to cede a strip of land that extends much of the way down the West coast. The Calexiters are welcome to exit, but they aren’t taking the land.

ICE needs to take all available men, maybe combine forces with National guard and some law enforcement agencies, and sweep through central to southern california.
Mass arrest and detainment and deportation.
Arrest anyone hiring large numbers of illegals.
Otherwise,I would rather go to war than cede one grain of sand belonging to the USA!

Exactly. There is no "CalExit" movement - most of the state in geographic terms is still Reagan Country. The problem is the hordes of Northeastern liberals and illegal aliens from Mexico who have flooded the SF Bay Area and the Los Angeles area - they outnumber the rest of California's population by a big margin, and they are the reason the state has turned Democrat.

If the Bay Area and LA want to secede...bye Felicia. I'll move elsewhere.

California is like Israel and SF and LA are the Palestinians.

You won’t be able to do a CalExit because the state is split in half.

I am a very proud retired military vet and citizen of the USA. I will remain a citizen, I will not move, and I will not sell my property in dear old cali.

I have many skills that can be of great use in any resistance movement and am a very good teacher.

The really scary part for the socialists on the left coast is that there are several hundred thousand of us vets living in cali who have no intention of having our US citizenship or our constitutional rights taken from us.

Before you step out of your cities to repair your non working water, electricity, and access freeways and railways, you need to know that we have no intention of letting you repair these things. We want you to suffer without food, water, power, fuel, heat and air conditioning until see the light and leave us out of your stupidity.

If you do not see the light then you will do without these things and you will watch your children suffer until you surrender to the resistance.

I was born a US citizen and I will die that way.

War is never painless but we will fight to maintain the union.

They can “exit” anywhere they want to...the land and the rest of the stuff stays with us.
