Supporters of President Donald Trump demonstrated in Huntington Beach and Hollywood Saturday.
The Make America Great Again rallies drew more than a thousand to march along the coast starting from Warner Avenue off Pacific Coast Highway. Hollywood protestors gathered outside the Hollywood/Vine station and rallied before marching to Trumps star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
We are here to get together to show our gratitude for our law enforcement, military, president, vice president and anyone who puts their life on the line every day to make America great, said Jennifer Sterling, one of the organizers of the Huntington Beach march.
Demonstrators in Huntington Beach were met by counter-protestors, exchanging blows and pepper spray, video from demonstrators showed. Outnumbered, violent anti-Trump demonstrators were chased away. One individual jumped a fence onto PCH to get away.
Some police were present but its unclear at this time if arrests were made.
A livestream of the rally in Hollywood showed pro-Trump demonstrators frustrated when someone sat on the Trumps star on the Walk of Fame. Demonstrators forcibly removed him and proclaimed, the star is now safe.
OMG I hope there is video
We need to get much tougher and mush more organized. There are 62 million of us and these communists thugs shall never stop us.
I'm still laughing...just imagine what a bunch of riled up bikers would do to these wimps...ROFL...
Thanks. Did those idiots really think they could get away with pepper spraying a woman?
I got a news flash on computer a short time ago:
Two men were arrested Saturday during a “Make America Great Again” march in support of President Donald Trump, after a passerby grabbed a supporters hat and a fistfight broke out in Hollywood.
That’s great.
Bunch of snowflake, metrosexual boys vs Trump supporters.
Idiots..they’ll learn the hard way.
They punch.
We sucker punch.
Enough of this stuff. Give it too them hard and immediately.
Face it, folks, that’s the only thing lefties listen to.
And yes, it will get worse. We can turn the other cheek, or we can kick them in the balls (especially those fugly female protestors, some of whom obviously have balls).
:-)
I just got home from the march, where I saw some of the action up close.
The place was a sea of American flags, some Gadsden flags, and several American flags that were black and white with one oversized blue stripe running through the middle of the field. I was told that these are “Blue Lives Matter” flags that honor policemen.
As the marchers headed down the coast, a gaggle of liberal-leftists, some wearing black t-shirts adorned with a big red hammer and sickle stood across the route. One of them waved a big flag that was red with no other insignia, and another shouted through a bullhorn, “no Trump, no KKK, no fascist USA!”
I had read that the protesters intended to block the marchers, but if they did, they soon had another think coming. As the main body of marchers approached, a group of athletic-looking young men who were shirtless and wore “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) caps as they shouted, “USA! USA!” ran ahead of the crowd and barreled right through the leftists. There were some scuffles, but then the rest of the marchers swept through. This happened right in front of me and I took several pictures. At one point, I drifted too far forward and found myself on the wrong side of the battle line, among the bad guys, but I quickly got myself back among the crowd wearing MAGA hats.
I’m not sure I got any good ones because there were too many people in the way. I haven’t seen the pictures yet—my camera ran out of juice and I’m currently recharging the battery.
There were no other problems as the marchers proceeded to a breakwater about three miles down the beach. I stayed with them all the way. One of the organizers attached her smartphone to a bullhorn and played Sousa marches and patriotic songs to inspire the marchers.
As I returned to the starting point, Trump supporters could be found all along the route wearing MAGA caps and waving flags. Altogether, his was a very inspiring experience.

It’s my birthday today, thank you for this present,.
Awesome, hope your pictures come out and you can post them!
Sadly, none of my pictures came out. The juice in my battery was too low.
