Things To Remember As Monday Looms
Resistance Feed ^ | 12-15-2016 | Rhett October

Posted on 12/15/2016 12:50:15 PM PST by rhett october

Monday, December 19th is a big day. On the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December (December 19, 2016), the electors meet in their respective States to cast their votes for President and Vice President of the United States.

It's supposed to be when electors vote for the presidential and vice presidential candidate who won their state by earning the most votes from the people. It happened when Barack Obama won in 2008 and 2012 even though there were serious issues of concern to Republican supporters. There wasn't rioting, vandalism, or death threats against electoral voters.

Republican and Libertarian supporters were sad, angry, depressed, and frustrated but they went on with their lives, looking to future elections to encourage them and knowing that there were people in the Senate and House who represented them and would serve as resistance to Obama's globalist, Marxist actions.

So it's more than a little disturbing to hear of talk of electoral voters being threatened with death and violence (or death) against their families. It's stunning, especially from the political side who insists that it is the tolerant, accepting side. At least, that was their propaganda.

My wife and some other people who have been keeping up with post-election news asked me yesterday if Hillary Clinton is going to steal the presidency through the shenanigans being used in effort to flip electors from Donald Trump to her. My answer wasn't absolute, but it did seem to bring them some comfort. So maybe it will help others who are worried and concerned.

First of all, I don't know for sure what will happen. No one can. What used to be a sure thing - the electors voting how the people they represent wanted them to - is not quite at sure today. At least that's what the mainstream and even alternative media is reporting. But there's one thing I do know, Donald Trump is a fighter. And he has emboldened other Republicans to fight as well even in cases where they have disappointed us in the past.

Often times when it comes to politics, sports, or life, we think of the opposition as absolute. What I mean is that we don't consider that our side will not just roll over and take it. We have watched as Donald Trump has overcome colossal odds to win, not only the Republican nomination, but the presidency - even when opposed by the best funded political machine in history. He did so against incredible scheming, slander, and other attacks that seemed to never stop. Lesser men might have even dropped out of the race entirely under such constant bombardment and character assassination or at least watered down their message. But Donald Trump obviously isn't a "lesser man," or an average person. It doesn't seem to bother him when people disagree with him - he merely doubles down on his arguments. Trump proved himself to be a warrior who simply wouldn't back down, so why would we expect any less of him now?

If on Monday, there is foul play, Trump will fight against it. He's not just going to roll over and shrug his shoulders. He also has a team of lawyers and he knows what is at stake. Take some comfort in that. Republican officials and elected representatives are keeping close tabs on this situation as well.

Though not all of them, many of the American people, are seeing this for what it is - a desperate scam attempt to circumvent the American people. Hillary campaigned against Trump's allegations of voter rigging and fraud. She said that anyone who did not accept the results of the election was a "threat to democracy," and yet here we sit, with President-elect Trump and Hillary Clinton not accepting the results of the election. Of course, she's not making too many direct statements - she has the media and her supporters to do that so that she will appear somewhat neutral. The american people aren't buying that either.

So all of this to say that we all need to buckle up and be ready for things to potentially become intense next week. But at the same time, be ready to fight however we can as a people, and take comfort in knowing that we have elected a fighter who isn't going to simply give up if the other side were to do the unthinkable and appear to overturn the results of the election. The electors themselves are Trump supporters so they know the consequences of a Hillary Clinton presidency. My prediction is that the electors will vote Donald Trump in as they are supposed to. You'll hear more screaming from the left and there will be protests, but that should be expected and is not what matters. What matters is that Trump will, hopefully, be sitting in the Oval Office and working for the American people instead of the globalist, corporatist interests that Hillary would fight us for.

Let the left whine and cry. Most of them are so hopelessly brainwashed that they don't even know what they're upset about except that their "team" lost. Stay focused on what is important. Trust in God. Know that President-elect Trump is nothing less than a warrior.

It bothers me that Soros is funding a lot of this and that Hillary knows it's now or never. They are threatening electoral voters and when you or your family are being threatened, you're likely to do anything to keep your family safe. But I also know that Trump is a fighter and wouldn't just roll over.

Never again, possibly, if the left keeps disrupting the current transition.

“Hillary knows it’s now or never.”

It’s never.

She doesn’t have the military wherewithal to seize power.

Nope. The Rule of Law is the only thing keeping the Leftists alive right now. Take that away and it will get very very ugly very very quick.

The votes will occur on Monday and Trump will win. If he does not, then we have a shooting war on our hands.

It would appear that many people depend upon you for wisdom.

My answer wasn't absolute, but it did seem to bring them some comfort.

Bless you for helping the less fortunate.

So maybe it will help others who are worried and concerned.

Your generosity seems unlimited, I cannot understate my appreciation that you share your wisdom with us all.

I’ve been very concerned about this as well, especially since she is having a “thank you” party in person with all of her high level donors today and a handful of the GOP seem to be all in on helping out with the timing of the Russian hacking deal. They are up to no good that’s for sure, but I feel none of it will work... and they are burning precious political capital at the same time.

That said consider this:

* Any mass bribery or extortion toward 40 GOP electors would get caught. 1 or 2 no problem, but when you go for 40 someone will record something or go to the police. Remember most of these people are die hard GOP fans.

* Even if she does flip some votes, in most of these states the state legislature will review them and likely correct any funny business in Trump states.

* Because these folks meet at separate places and at slightly different times, their vote plans needs to be coordinated well in advance. So easy to find that out - perhaps the dimwit in TX is a plant to know ahead of time? If not someone on our side should be falsely entertaining the idea of working with them on switching sides if only for the valuable intel available ahead of time. If I were an elector, I’d be glad to be a double agent.

* Even if they do flip a large number, the House will def elect Trump and the Senate Pence.

* If you are worried about that (or Russian hacking) damaging Trump’s mandate, don’t worry about it because Trump only has one speed and it’s “GO.” He’s not going to govern like Bush, looking to evenly split committees in Congress or beg to pass moderate bills. He’ll be on Twitter at 3AM calling out the people in the way of progress.

When I need wise counsel I talk to the guy who cuts my lawn.
He’s Mulatto, and he pulls his lawn equipment trailer around
with a brand new Dualie with a Cummins Turbo Diesel.
So I figure he pretty much knows everything.

They don't know that it is not "Republicans" they need to worry about.

“Soros is funding a lot of this and that Hillary knows it’s now or never”

We knew this as fact...but now the rest of the public is realizing ....they have so much to hide and not just them, but dozens if not hundreds of people connected to them, and yes, plenty of Rino’s as well. For decades these people have been getting away with murder.

Even a Jeb Bush as President would not scare them...Jeb is knee deep in it as well. But President Trump threatens to blow the lid off of the DC crowd...the tentacles are extensive and in many cases, I’m sure, will be shocking to the American public.

The CGI is the glue that connects everyone, legal and illegal...and they all need to get paid. If they don’t get a handle on this and get some guarantees that they will not be open to prosecution, their business will come to a grinding halt. Already the CGI is losing money...countries are backing off of donating this year.

Remember when Trump said he thinks the countries that donated to CGI should go after them themselves. Well know we hear that countries are getting bagged writing taxpayer’s checks to the CGI...without the public’s knowledge ... that’s stealing!!

If the CGI gets wrapped up in high end legal issues, what’s the first and second things a former high level employee will do:

First, co-operate with the government..make a deal!

Second, write a tell all book....first to print gets the biggest prize!!

RightInTheMain, great post! I agree. And well said in saying that Trump’s only speed is “GO.”

As far as a flipped vote going to the House, I know they would elect Trump, but I don’t put it past Obama to try to bring it to himself for the decision by executive action. Even claiming that his favorable ratings entitle him to “continue our progress,” by naming Hillary president. Of course, then there would be total anarchy and rebellion and states would succeed. It’s like a zombie apocalypse in that I don’t want it to happen, but if it did, I can’t say I wouldn’t be a little bit excited. LOL. But I hope things just go smoothly and Trump is POTUS without successful theft from the left.

They need to remember Americans are not Germans and this is not the 1930s. No one is going to be asking 50 years from now “How could they let that happen” about the USA.

Right now they are tolerated because they are just being an obnoxious nuisance. That can all change if the Rule of Law is set aside.

I hope you’re right...because Hillary has bypassed the rule of law for years. If electors are threatened and vote to keep themselves and/or their families safe, then the votes could flip her and would technically they are within the law albeit sleazy and unethical. I hope these threats are being reported to the authorities and that those making the threats are prosecuted.

Not trying to start an argument, but, if a “shooting war” starts, how do you determine who to shoot?

I think you mean "secede."

You've never been in a fight with real guns and real bullets, have you?

Understand. I’d imagine it would begin with an enormously massive citizen march on Washington. So many that police are overwhelmed by sheer numbers. If it were to be armed I can’t say, but with a very massive crowd it would be hard to control all that.

There are a thousand different ways things could take shape: from not paying taxes to outright disobedience to Federal rules and regulations. You never know what kind of crap that would be kicked up if this country’s true President were stolen from it. It won’t be good, IMO.

If at any point I’m expected to tote heavy stuff over
irregular landscape in the dark and in a hurry then
I’m generally going not to be in favor of it.

You know, like as a leisure activity or something.

If needed I will but I ain’t going to be “excited” about it.
