House Republicans are pressing efforts to safeguard the First Amendment rights of scientific skeptics who dissent from what they consider the Obama administrations alarmist position on climate change, according to letters to 17 state attorneys general.
The series of letters, sent Friday and signed by 19 of the 22 Republican members of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, renew an earlier request to the state attorneys general for information detailing their communications with environmental organizations.
They also ask for communications between employees for the state attorneys general and the Justice Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, or the White House.

Good. Maybe a step away from liberal fascism.
OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the suns planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
Doubt it. This is all couched in what the AG’s are calling “fraud” and they appear to want to pursue their specious claims under RICO statutes. That way they can be holy warriors firmly ensconced upon their self-appointed pedestals of superior morality and environmental stewardship. Black patsys get welfare and EBT cards; white patsys think they show they care by crusading for clean air. This kind of thing gives them the oppty to support clean air & water by supporting Democrats. Works exactly the same.
You can be certain that the EPA is %100 in bed with the leftist environmental wackos.
We also know that Obama and his troglodytes are behind the push to terrorize climate skeptics.
It is about time that the States went after them.
"19 out of..." not all of 'em, but it's a start. These AGs are obviously guilty of conspiracy in violation of the RICO Act (ironically) as well as attacking the 1st Amendment. The best option at this point is they back down, but they've put a halt to any further political careers for themselves, regardless.
Simple for a Liberal. They'll pass a law. While they're at it, they plan on repealing the Law of Supply and Demand as well. . . before moving on to the Law of Gravity.
They've already taken over Boyle's Law: Since Politicians are by definition full of gas, the more "pressure" one brings to bear on them, the less value anything they say has on any subject, but the greater the "volume" they express those valueless comments.
