Richard Deville Jr. just served three years in prison for burglary and was out on probation, and just days before his arrest for the death threats he was involved with a domestic violence incident with his baby mamma. He doesn’t sound like the brightest bulb on the string by any means. Just finished serving three years for burglary and was on probation. I know of some guys who stay in trouble because they prefer incarceration than trying to carve out an independent life as a free man.

They get used to prison life. It’s safer for them and more comfortable than freedom.
When they get out and the end of their legal sentence, they want back in.
Just don’t be around when they are ready to get their “back to jail” card.
