If I were to go into the outskirts of Richmond/Oakland CA or Harlem, hang a mannequin on a tree and light it on fire, don a white robe, and start chanting my favorite letter was “K”, and took some target practice with a pellet pistol, ...I suspect the locals might have more than just a few words of disgust to express. Just sayin...
Why would anybody of this ethnic group behave in this fashion, unless they fully intend criminal action?

I do not think there is a rational answer; however, it is what they do.
They have been known to act crazily on aircraft after 9/11 as a way to attract attention. There are plenty of examples of this. As to why, I do not have a clue.
