Sid Blumenthal (in Hillary E-Mails): Boehner 'Alcoholic', 'Lazy', 'Banal', 'Louche'...

'Louche' = dubious, shady, disreputable
Seems as if we conservatives are on the same page as Team Hillary, re. John Boehner's principles, morals, and skill set-- if a just-released 2011 e-mail from one of the Clintons' closest advisors is anything to go by:
'Boehner is despised by the younger, more conservative members of the House Republican Conference," (Sidney) Blumenthal wrote to Clinton. "They are repelled by his personal behavior.'
'He is louche, alcoholic, lazy, and without any commitment to any principle,' he added.
'He is not Gingrich, the natural leader of a revolution, riding the crest into power,'... 'He is careworn and threadbare, banal and hollow, holding nobody's enduring loyalty.'
'Boehner is neither feared nor loved,' he goes on. "He's a would-be DeLay without the whip. He's the one at the end of a lash."
Blumenthal said then-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., is "relatively in the same position in the Senate."
Alas, at that time neither Hill nor Blumenthal seem to suspect what utter control the White House would come to have over Boehner... besides all the obvious deficiencies and character-flaws noted in the Blumenthal e-mail, Obama actually seems to own Boehner... what other possible explanation could there be the way he lies-down for anything-and-everything Dear Leader wants in 2 seconds?
That Clinton and Blumenthal were discussing Boehner's abilities in this manner indicates she was never really in the White House loop, and they had no idea the level of control Obama would be able to exert over the new GOP House majority. And now that same dark power the White House has been wielding over the Boehner/McConnell -apparently derived from domestic spying/extortion- is being used against Hillary.
By now all Team Hillary must suspect what many conservatives have been thinking over the last few dreadful years: Obama's opposition research is unparalleled in US political history -he's got zero compunction about digging-up dirt on people (nor where it comes from)- and probably keeps files on any possible opponent or ally, ala Stasi, using it to ram-through his agenda, settle scores, control congressional opposition (as it were).
His highly-politicized, unthethered-by-shame government enjoys technical capabilities for spying that should bring a shiver to your spine
(even if we actually had a decent man as president), so for an utterly wicked Chicago politician like himself it's like it's a kid in a candy store.
Hillary now knows the highly-damaging leaks broadsiding her campaign have been coming from the White House, and must wonder what else they've got on her... Obama's peeps have been building the file since 2007, if not earlier (and visa-versa).
So maybe now she too can see how they've emasculated and utterly controlled (blackmailed?) John Boehner, and must surely wonder what else they've got on either Clinton-- while it couldn't be more obvious that the White House fully opposes a Hillary Clinton presidency.
World's-biggest-hillary-hater Dick Morris says 'Hillary never quits' and predicts she'll fight-to-the-death... meaning perhaps we will indeed get to see just what kind of dirt the White House can produce.
This vile administration doesn't allow house speakers, supreme justices, or anybody else get in the way of promoting it's 'revolution' (nor endanger Obama's 'legacy')-- but Boehner, McConnell, Judge Roberts all got off easy, because they did as they were told.
We may never know what secrets/crimes were held over their heads or what threats were made... all we'll know is our democracy was heavily compromised by a stealth dictator, Republicans sold-out, American voters robbed... and the commies won, again-and-again.
The Clintons on the other hand are an aggressive threat in Obama's eyes- one that isn't bending to his will, so thus one to be destroyed. This has got to be the first time I've ever rooted for Obama in anything, but the Dems have got a weak, weak 2016 bench.
This is gonna be good...

They don’t call him Sid “Vicious” Blumenthal for nothing.
He is a nasty, vile human being devoid of scruples, rabid in his support to the master Clinton.

I’m all for that. While he is vicious, he was right about Boehner. Trouble with Sid is that he’s like that for anyone who is a threat to either Clinton.

It’s more about the facts revealed than Blumenthal personally- it was a private email, so nice to see inside his head, you know it was genuine
And yeah- he is right about Boehner, what a disgrace.
Obama must have something pretty heavy on him, we already know he’s a lush with a Rastafarian son-in-law, how much worse can it get
To: Reaganite Republican
Sounds like she has good intel on Boner.

Obama sure hates Sid, wouldn’t allow Hillary to hire him directly, although it seems they continued the relationship surreptitiously
And SB is from Chicago too, perhaps they know each other too well

"He is a nasty, vile human being devoid of scruples...."
And that's how he knows Boehner's make up - it takes one to know one.

I just did some research on that, it was RAHM who had Blumenthal banned from Hillary’s State Dept, and of course he knew him well from his stint in the Clinton Administration himself
The Clintons then retained Blumenthal through their foundation for $10K/mo
To: Gaffer
So very true. However, he’s got Boehner’s number nailed down, rock solid. I agree with his assessment of Boehner, 100%.

I’ve always thought of Sid Vicious as the rabidly intellectual version of “Luca Brasi”. Intense Clinton loyalty coupled with a morality that did not preclude anything he would do for the Clintons.

Agree. In reading this I have to admit I agree with Sid on his assessment of Republican leaders. One can only hope that mainstream, or those financing the party, Republicans see this and realize where the party has gone. The elites can’t do it alone. If they are to stop the numbers of defecting members, they need to stand on principle and show some backbone. Republicans are never going to win a popularity contest as our schools, illegal immigration, a severely prejudiced judiciary, and newspapers have seen to that. The party needs to stand on principles and results and a change in leadership would be a good start.

Losing Boehner and McConnell would be nice but it is Justice Roberts that has done the most pernicious damage.

Boehner is “louche”? Guess Sid didn’t study the English language in school. Alan Rickman is louche. Boehner is a douche.
