New Mexico High School Seniors Vote for Communism-Themed Prom Dubbed ‘Prom-Munism’

Wow, American high school students, really?
Check out the fruits of the modern American public education system in action (via KRQE News 13 Albuquerque):
They’re calling it “prom-munism.” Seniors at an Albuquerque school want their prom to have a Communism theme. Seniors at Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School near I-25 and Paseo del Norte voted online this week for the theme of their prom this year.
“They wanted prom-munism, so that’s what got voted for the most,” said senior Sarah Zachary.
She voted for “A Night in the Reef,” because the prom is expected to take place at the Albuquerque Aquarium on April 25. So what’s on the night’s agenda? Will the festivities be a little of this, little of that? Are the couples going to show up at the door for prom all dressed up only to be disarmed and have their babies forcibly aborted under a one-child policy before being systematically starved to death or dragged off to camps and shot?
Sounds super trendy and fun.
Oh, and then there’s this:
“We have a lot of jokesters in our grade, so they wanted it to be funny and a lot of them are really intense with politics,” Zachary said.
However, students who asked to remain anonymous don’t believe Communism is a joking matter.
Just… REALLY?
Not a joking matter, huh, anonymous high school seniors who just so happen to be our nation’s future??
Well could you please tell that to the 94 million people killed by Communism just in the 20th century alone?
I’m sure they would find your cute little “prom-munism” oh-so-fascinating… You know, had they not all been murdered by Communism.

And there is no need to vote for prom king and queen. Couples will be assigned and shackled together by the State.

Cant have a CHRISTIAN themed prom I imagine, because that might, you know, offend someone who never even attended the school and lives a thousand miles away.
If I were a student there, I’d be highly offended that a bunch of ignoramuses ruined my prom.
In fact I might just be the type to set-up, collect sponsors, and sell tickets for a Freedom Prom.

Just think of the money the girl’s parents will save on prom dresses.
A pair of coveralls and old army boots will be the dress code.
Get the whole outfit at Goodwill for $15.
They may have been taught by progressives for four years of high school.... Not that that’s any excuse.
They should all wear gray and have to walk to the aquarium. Food should be limited to government cheese and Kool-Aid.

What America needs is a whole new crop of Barry’s unaccompanied, illegal alien, commie freeloaders from south of the border. Making America “a better place” one drunk driver at a time.
Under communism your prom date is chosen for you, and might have a different color, language or sexual orientation. Everyone would dress the same-can’t have some with expensive clothes and others in rags. All would arrive by public transportation. All would empty their pockets and “excess” money would be given to those with less.
Yep, and when it came to killing people, Stalin made hitler look like a sissy.
