Rand considers himself a new messiah to black voters. Does he have any black friends or did he have any in college?

Bill Cassidy for instance isn't as hip as Rand but I know he has a black friend because I saw a picture of his rock band.

The same thing with Hispanics. Rand says he knows of no hispanics on welfare which is why he supports amnesty. How many hispanics did he deal as a doctor in Kentucky? Im sure he has hispanic consultant friends.

Sorry. This thread doesn’t make as much sense to me as it might to others. I just see Rand Paul as reaching out to blacks. He has suggested others do it too. We’ll see if it accomplishes anything. We’ll see if others follow his lead. The End.

While this kind of flattery is expected when politicians pander to any kind of group, in this case it’s not true. The latest data show that 65.4 percent of U.S.-born Hispanics over age 16 have a job, and 68.4 percent of Hispanic immigrants (legal and illegal) do, compared with 69.3 percent for the country as a whole. That’s not a difference worth getting excited about one way or the other, but it does show that Hispanics are regular people, not toiling supermen.
