MONSTER: Illegal Alien pedophile Tito Pedraza-Montejo. Yet another import from Mexico's sick child-sex culture.

-

A 44-year-old illegal alien, already on the run from Mexico after raping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl there, was jailed Wednesday after being accused of molesting a first-grader in Leesburg, Florida, police said.

Tito Pedraza-Montejo of Leesburg was charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child under 12 years old. He remained in the Lake County jail Friday on no bond, due to his status of being an illegal immigrant and a possible flight risk.

Pedraza-Montejo also is under investigation for allegedly molesting a second child in Leesburg, police added:

Detectives showed up at the Child Advocacy Center in Leesburg on Oct. 3, where the first-grader told them Pedraza-Montejo molested her twice during the past summer, police said. The girl said the first time occurred when Pedraza-Montejo allegedly took her into the bathroom and removed her clothes, which made her scream. She told police Pedraza-Montejo then covered her mouth and molested her.

The girl said the second incident occurred in a restaurant when Pedraza-Montejo followed her into the restroom and molested her. Police apparently learned about the incidents while investigating the alleged molestation of another child by Pedraza-Montejo.

The detective working the case was off Friday and an official at the police station said it is not clear if Pedraza-Montejo is wanted in Mexico for allegedly impregnating a 12-year-old girl there, as the victim’s family is claiming.

No details were available on the second Leesburg child due to the ongoing investigation.

Pedraza-Montejo's booking sheet can be viewed here.

This was just the latest crime involving underage children by an illegal alien. America has been savaged by illegal alien pedophile crimes. Why? Because the sick culture of Mexico, which disgustingly has a minimal age of consent for sex of TWELVE, and rarely prosecutes child rapes of even younger than that. Punishments for rape and sexual assaults are just minor slaps on the wrist. Many times the rapist just has to pay a small fine or sit in jail for  a day.  And if they marry the victim, they are completely let off the hook.

When we permit hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who reflect this sick culture to invade America we shouldn’t be surprised when there is a trail of victims from coast to coast.

Better that he’s jailed in Florida than California. Here, he’d be released with directions to the nearest immigration office with a free pass with full benefits personally signed by Jerry Brown.

Seriously, when a police department nabs scum like this, they really should save everybody a lot of time and trouble by giving him flying lessons off a five story building.

Nobody is going to mourn his loss, any more than when a cop shoots a rabid dog.

Florida is now going to have to spend perhaps $1-2 million to try and incarcerate him for the rest of his life. A waste of taxpayer money. Surely there are some policemen who appreciate this equation.

Careful, the cop haters will demand you be drawn and quartered for that remark.

The only 100% preventable crimes are those committed by illegal aliens

I’m not so sure. They likely object to cops doing bad things against good people. Doing bad things against bad people, well...maybe not so much.

Pieces of protoplasm such as this deserve in kind punishment. Garden tools, hot irons and hammer beatings are appropriate followed by Apache justice.

Because the sick culture of Mexico, which disgustingly has a minimal age of consent for sex of TWELVE

Not exactly true. Like the US, Mexican states have their own ages of consent (mostly 12, many 14). Clearly, Mexico's ages are quite a bit lower than the US ages (16 in most states, 17 and 18 in the rest), but I have an intellectual appreciation for the standard in a few Mexican states (provinces?): it's puberty, rather than some arbitrary number. (Bolivia may also have this standard.... depending on the reliability of quick wikipedia searches.) The day that Mother Nature says you're ready, you're clearly going to have some major conversations with your parents about what is going on with your body, and how it can impact your life. Further, many cultures worldwide have coming-of-age traditions for early teens (bar mitzvah at 13, etc), and choosing a starting point that is actually specific to the person, and has a rational basis in biological realities, seems wiser than randomly declaring a number that the majority of citizens simply "feel good" about to be the legal standard.

(Note: I am NOT advocating this for the US!! Keep the hate-messages and libelous posts to yourself. Just saying that there is some reason and logic to their choice, even though it is unusual for our culture.)

Also note: Most of Europe is 14 or 15... 13 for Spain, but one story says they're raising it soon
Most of South American is 14, Argentina is 13...
China is 14...

(And yes, 6 is pretty f***ed up, and he deserves some significant jail time... preferably in a rougher jail than the US might provide. I have long said that we should contract out incarceration duties to neighboring nations.)
