Obama has illegally bypassed Congress to delay Obamacare’s employer mandate
As the Obamacare law is written, the employer mandate is to begin in January 2014. This is what the law said when it was passed by the House and Senate, and signed by President Obama in 2010.
However, it has been reported that President Obama has just delayed the employer mandate part of Obamacare until January 2015. Obama did this without approval from Congress.
For Obama to change a law that was passed by Congress, without first getting approval from Congress, is a violation of the Presidential oath that Obama took to uphold and defend the Constitution.
What Obama did here is an action of a dictator, not an action of a President whose power is limited by a written constitution.
If Obama can get away with this, then it sets a horribly dangerous precedent, and means that the President can arbitrarily make any change to any law that has been passed by Congress, without first getting approval from Congress.

But ObamaCare is considered the SINGLE BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT of Obama’s presidency. Especially by his fawning media supporters. Obama’s first-term legacy would be zero without it, leaving only Obama’s trillion-plus-dollar annual deficits to be proud of.
And what about all the assurances by Nancy Pelosi that Americans will LOVE ObamaCare once it’s put into operation? Shouldn’t she be angry on behalf of the American people that they will be denied its wonderful benefits for another year?
Remember when John Boehner was so disgusted by the huge 2,000-page ObamaCare law, he made a point of dropping it on the floor? By refusing to allow ObamaCare to be implemented yet, Obama has also metaphorically dropped the whole thing disgustedly on the floor.

all tax proposals are supposed to be raised in the HOUSEBoboCare was raised in the House. The Senate took a house bill, gutted it, and filled it with their own bill. Just like they will do with the House version of Amnesty.

So they’ve delayed enforcement of a provision of the law? The law still exists and it involves not only the government and the employer. It also involves the employee.
The employee will not have insurance and could sue the employer for not complying with a law. I’ll bet most employers will have to provide the insurance anyway out of fear of lawsuits.

The genius of Obama is that his supporters are unaware of what a dictator really looks like and would not be able to identify him as such.
On the other hand, we know what a dictator is.
He is sorta like that charming and good-looking neighbor who is really a serial killer, and no one can believe it but you.
Obama has passed the test and smells real bad.

Jeff Chandler ~:” BoboCare was raised in the House. The Senate took a house bill, gutted it, and filled it with their own bill.”
So, really what you are saying is that the real danger to any bill is when it gets changed in the “reconcilation amendment”.
At which stage of bill developement did Nancy Pelousey say :”You have to pass it, to find out what’s in it “?
As I recall , the original passed bill was slightly over 1750 pages , and most congressmen either read the bill,
or had their staff read it to them with ‘high lights’.

For Obama to change a law that was passed by Congress He's not changing it, just choosing not to enforce it Just like DOMA, DADT(kiss but don't tell), and immigration.
He just gives marching orders to his "work spouse" in justice.
We are living under an authoritative and incompetent government.

I am soooooooooo tired of blaring headlines that read Obama has done this or that
illegally. If true, initiate a court case, if not true shut the **** up!
As an observation, you will invariably find that 'you have no standing' for option (1), and you you try a political route, the GOP Establishment will obstruct you in every way possible while pretending to help.
Is there a third option?
