No, it had tons of HOPEFUL SPECULATION, neither “evidence” nor “fact”.

Evidence is and remains that Muslim Chechens perpetrated the attack. Facts and evidence support each other: eyewitnesses, videos, still photos, social media postings, IEDs. Neither evidence nor facts are emotional, subjective or politically correct.
