Head Start for all children , not just economicly rich families, is still “Day Care “.
Head Start children have less maternal exposure , lack empathic response and are more aggressive later in schoolife.
Any legislation can get passed as long as it is : “For the Children” !
The ‘real reason’ not offerred by Zero:
#1) more organized exposure to gov. indoctrination
#2) more national debt, as much as $300 billion
#3) more union members
#4) more union members paid for by the taxpayer !
