CNN’s Piers Morgan on Thursday said he believes most “decent, civilized” Americans share his view on the need for stricter gun control laws.
Morgan stopped by CBS “This Morning” to discuss his show’s recent focus on gun control, as well as the connected petition to deport him from the country. The CNN host said the interviews he’s had recently with people such as Alex Jones — the gun advocate and creator of the “Deport Piers Morgan” petition — help keep the issue from fading from the public eye as has happened after past incidents of gun violence in the United States.
“Something has to give, and I think that the tipping point was Sandy Hook. And what I was determined to do, I thought, I know what’s going to happen here. There’ll be a week of mourning, there’ll be a week of talk about gun control,” Morgan said.
“What we’ve done by keeping it in the agenda we’ve had this week is we’ve made sure this hasn’t gone away, and that's the crucial thing” he added...

“I just don’t believe that the majority of decent, civilized Americans do not share my view that something has to give,” he said. Well after all he does live in a fantasy world. If he wants gun control all he has to do is go home, why try and frack up our country. And by the way who gives a rats butt what Obama wants!

It's true -- all three Americans far enough left for this oxygen thief to consider them decent and civilized agree with him. I doubt it's more than three which is why it never seems to go anywhere electorally.

The people I know who hold the opposing position against Piers Morgan are fine, upstanding, law-abiding citizens. He’s not even from this Country. Who does he think he is to judge our Constitution and our opinions?!

People in this country have gotten the impression that anyone with a British accent is somehow more intelligent and sophisticated than other speakers of the English language.
