The Judges are making up the rules and evidence as they go. If you can't fight fair, they cheat. Read the ruling and listen to repatriate radio for a discussion of the hearing with Cmdr. Kerchner.
ONLY THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T MAKE THE CONNECTION THAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE INSTITUTED TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE QUALIFIED. APPARENTLY ONLY CITIZENS CAN SEE THAT.

At 15:15 the lady judge asks what New Jersey law requires the candidate to prove his eligibility.

One of the judges says leave it up to congress or the electoral college to vet the President Elect.
Like that’s going to happen.

Appreciate the ping. Sadly, all three judges were focused upon one thing, and one thing only, how could they dismiss the process and kick the can down the road. Not one of the three was going to render a ruling which would be ‘quoteable’ in future hearings. These three are representative of what our judicial system has become, a gaggle of black-robed oligarchs who use their power to further an unConstitutional realm where their robed colleagues retain ultimate power by fiat rather than the actual written law.

I would add that it is quite revealing how the opposition to Apuzzo/Kirchner argued that no state election oversight applies where the office of president is involved because it is the electoral college and congress which has the oversight responsibility ... a more blatant attempt to usurp states rights could not be exposed! The election process is governed by jackals and thieves and professional liars who the feckless pubbies will not oppose and for whom the criminal enterprise democrats search in order to raise them to positions of power. Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy (did you see that mess of tinted hair on that gal?) did what their masters ordered, they rendered the process a farce and removed the states rights from New Jersey residents, and they did it openly with malice of forethought.

although i haven’t checked NJ, the oaths of office in most states require its governors to swear to uphold the constitution of the state along with the Constitution of the United States
therefore, it is the responsibility of the governor of every state to insure candidates appearing on the ballot presented to the states citizens are in fact, Constitutionally eligible. if they are not, then a fraud is being presented to the people as legitimate... thereby perpetuating the fraud by the state govt

you can tell by the questions being asked by the judges which side they are biased towards
it’s hilarious to think the only time to insure the validity of a candidate is after they’ve been elected.
that is patently absurd
and to think that the state has no say in the validity of a candidate presented to its citizens is to make the states irrelevant.
if the states are irrelevant, then why are the votes of the citizens within the states required at all?

The judges look (and act) like something out of a Dilbert comic strip.

As long as they are “kicking the can” up to the next judicial level it’s just SOP. Only government body that can rule on it is the SCOTUS.

There is a major diff from SOP ... so far three states have disenfranchised their residents by asserting the vetting of presidential candidates is beyond state jurisdiction. This court has done the same thing, though the media description of this erfidy will be comepletely different and as usual, dishonest.
The pirate Roberts court has already given a clearance to the little bastard commie, indicating they will not address the issues, as if there really are no issues to address. THAT is treachery.
