Heres the irony about the Constitution: it doesnt matter if you believe in it or fully accept it, it still protects you. Thats the case with one Black Panther supporter at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. During an exchange with a Constitution-loving student on campus on Sept. 16, the Black Panther supporter said that he could exercise his 2nd Amendment right against his fellow student while also admitting later that he doesnt actually believe in the Constitution.

Right back at ya, pal.
Shall we send an ‘amber lamps’?
Great video exposing just how a) stupid and b) evil these little children in post-adolescent bodies are — up to and including University Officials.
I was ready to blow a gasket until I read the comments. Sometimes I forget we have Blacks who support America and are willing to stand up for her.
Duluth has a cold winter - wait ‘em out.
Not if I exercise it first a-hole.
Typical of his ilk that he doesn’t understand that the 2nd Amendment guarantees the right of the people to bear arms...not to shoot people for saying what you disagree with.
Apparently, however, this thug is providing us with the evidence that we need that lethal force in self-defense may be necessary as we exercise our 1st Amendment rights.
Thanks for the warning!
The language of the second amendment is not transitive.
BP’s statment that he will excercise a second amendment right ‘on you’ is an explicit threat.
Whoever is reporting this should report this to the local police as the BP specifically and creditably threated to shoot him.
Depending on the local laws, perhaps a felony assault.
Sometimes it irritates me that my intelligent and reasonable teenager hasn’t a chance of going to college, and there’s this Black Panther freak, wasting a space in the halls of higher learning. Then the diversity officer strolls into view and I don’t feel so bad. :)
;^\
The youthful ignorance I get, however, the idiot teacher’s ignorant, racist remarks are a whole other matter.
Someone please explain to the gentleman that a right granted by law cannot permit what is unlawful; to wit: assault, murder, or attempted murder.
According to Campusreform.org, the woman in the video who asked about white supremacists is allegedly Susana Pelayo Woodward, director of the Office of Cultural Diversity on campus.
Make no mistake, people such as this woman would be pleased to see racial violence. And if Caucasians come out on the short end of the stick, well, so much the better.
We are not making everything about race. The left is. Yet how can we respond without addressing race?
Your question answers itself tautologically.
Go after ALL of the left without regards to race.
You know, color-blind, the way they say they like it, but do not; but the way the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. did : "the content of his character."
Except, you know, the left doesn't have any character.
Cheers!
The threat is probably prosecutable as at least a “3rd to degree misdemeanor” for “uttering a terrorist threat”.
The BPP supporter is fucking crazy and a psychiatrist would probably rate him as a “clear and present danger”.
The School Official is a blithering idiot and should be censured, if not fired outright for her comments.
The degradation of the American education system is neatly and sadly summed up in this video. Send it to all your friends, and buy some extra ammo, just to spook the lefties.
The BPP schmuck also forgot to say that Huey Newton, founder of the BPP, was a drug dealer and got blown away by one of his homeys. A fitting end for an unfit marxist.
