The nature of the PDSer

In a time not so very long ago, a man of logic, reason and rationality, upset by the injustice of the mindless and their baseless attacks upon his candidate of choice, did undertake a quest to discover the nature of the PDS’er.

And so did the man travel to the far corners of the Earth, for in his travels he could find no wisdom, nor wise man, to satisfactorily explain the root cause of Palin Derangement Syndrome, nor it’s effect on those so smitten. It was not until a chance encounter with a Zen Master high atop a remote mountain in Tibet that our hero found his answer.

“To discover the nature of the PDS’er,” said the Zen Master, One must understand the logic of why the sky is yellow.”

Confused by the sage words of the old wise man, our hero listened intently as the knowledge of the ages sprung forth from his old and weathered lips...

“To discover the nature of the PDS’er, One must understand the fact that dogs meow and cats bark at passing cars.”

“To discover the nature of the PDS’er, One must understand the reason why the sun shines brightly in the night sky.”

For what seemed like hours the Zen Master spoke thusly until finally our hero looked upon him and said “Master, dogs do not meow, nor cats bark. The sky is not yellow but blue and the sun shines in it by day, not by night. To spout such nonsense is neither logical, nor rational, nor factual. In fact, you’d have to be nuts to believe any of that!”

And so did our hero gain enlightenment into the nature of the PDS’er.

maybe, but given the context, i think the better interpretation is 1) newsweek wants to make some money so put SP on the cover and do a reasonable interview for a lefty mag ( i might just buy this, havent bought newsweek in 40 years otherwise)
2) hey SP just might be nominee or gasp, pres, maybe we want our guy to be one of the few she will talk to
3) they know Obozo is a colossal failure and are trying to shake him up by seeming to promote whom “we” all know is a lightweight

some idiot just bought Newsweek for one dollar

Plus the assumption of a significant amount of debt -- that was the real purchase price.

Be warned: Sarah will turn into that by the end of a POTUS term. The Presidency is brutal on people’s looks.

True. And Hillary never even made it to the White House.

Sarah does good Bettie Page. And she mentioned that she was going to run an extremely unconventional campaign.

This is the kind of thing that’s unconventional.

Best,

Chris

I think they used this photo in an article before she was ever picked for VP. I may be wrong, but I think its one they’ve had on file.

While the Newsweak pictures of Sarah Palin are flattering, a number of them are poses typically used by models for clothing or in swim suit ads. Have there been photo shoots by prominant male politicians (other than of themselves or caught by paparazzi) in poses used by male models in similar ads?

The left-wing fifth-column PDS media does not put out a good picture of a conservative, particularly Sarah Palin, without some ulterior, sinister motive. In this case I suspect the photos will crop up in an attempt to imply a less-than-statesman-like quality whenever Palin gives a substantive speech on U.S. policy or denounces the incompetent failures of Barry and his thugs.

Just imagine the moaning and gnashing of teeth at Newsweak when the realize the sales of this copy probably end up at 4-5 times their normal rate.

There is a reason they did this cover story...and you discovered it.

There has always been this kind of photo taken of her. Check out

don’t know where your from, but around Texas, and generally speaking, “assumption” of debt means you committ yourself absolutely, or your company to paying liabilities so assumed.............

my “understanding” of that deal was that he paid one buck and agreed to “take on” the problems, not “assume the debt”..............again, around here “take on the problems” means “settling with each creditor” as best you and your lawyers can.................not guaranteeing payment in full to all of them.................

but, you are correct that no doubt “some of those “liabilities of vendors at Newsweek” he would have had to pay to stay in business so the “effective” purchase price was far more than one dollar.............

I am curious to know if she actually posed for pix for this particular story, or if they are pulling file photos. They seem to have been taken in Alaska, but when? These photos show her beauty but take away from her gravitas. I do not trust Newspeak.
