New analysis of Democrat Party's official 2008 Certification of Nominations for Obama reveals that reasons for his sudden trip to Hawaii in October, 2008 were to visit more than just his sick grandmother. Hawaiian election laws, media accounts and post-dated documents reveal he may have attended a private hearing with the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer regarding his disqualification from the Hawaiian ballot due to lack of certified Constitutional eligibility.

The election is null and void. The candidate for VP is void because he was chosen by fraud.
They cant understand that the crime was committed before the fact-both were elected because of fraud. So in fact, the whole election for the administration is null and void.
Then, when you follow the constitution in the debate and state that the speaker of the house is in next of line, they defend this administration!
I have to disagree with you on that. Impeachment is the prescribed remedy for the removal of a lawfully seated President; if in fact, Obama is not Constitutionally eligible for the office, he was never lawfully seated.
If I wanted to remove a headlight from the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I could follow the instructions in a manual or find a video showing me how to do so. That would be fine, provided the appropriate headlight was there in the first place. If on the other hand, somebody had jerry rigged a headlight from a 1968 VW Vanagon in its place, the manufacturer instructions for removing the Jeep headlight from the Jeep headlight socket would largely be irrelevant; something altogether different would be required.
It wouldn’t surprise me if “they” even “died” (use of the word deliberate) his “grandmother” (if she really was) so that she couldn’t talk. Funny that this came up at the same time she died of “cancer.” Soros is behind Obama and he is an evil man who will do anything to advance his agenda: the destruction of the USA.

The two justices put under by Obama should no longer be justices on the SCOTUS. Their appointments should be invalid since his presidency is invalid.
Even if what birthers claim is true (and it's not), it only pertains to Obama. It doesn't pertain to Biden, so the elector vote for Biden is perfectly valid.

Maybe they had to do something similar in other states and others will come forward that they were coerced in validating is (in)eligibility.
District of Columbia code 3501 has been used in the past to remove senators that were not qualified by lack of citizenship. obama falls under the same rules. if is proven that his father was not an American citizen, congress can void his election. Of course, first you ned acopy of his birth records( certified,court legal).

How, HOW is it going to come to general attention? How are we ever going to get the ire of this country raised and pointed directly at Washington, DC, and pull the trigger? WHO will stand in the breach?

If it weren’t for the national media, if it weren’t for the networks, would we have lost our individual identities as states to the extent that we have? Would the regional dialects have faded, except among the ignorant? Would this rampant federal encroachment have stood a chance in hail? Would the country stay together if the national media complex were broken apart? Why should I have to stay in a federal compact with such loooser states as Michigan, Maryland, and California and New York, for that matter? They’re bringing us all down and they don’t carry their own weight.
Not so fast, A. I would not put it past this president to go to court and claim since there is no proof of his long form BC, you can't prove BHOI WAS his father, therefore you can't prove he ISN'T eligible. And it is the essence of US American Democracy that one is innocent until proven guilty.

When I’m feeling down, I think, maybe this really IS the high water mark of the communist insurgency.
It all goes back to what the Founding Fathers envisioned. They would have NEVER allowed anyone who didn’t meet the qualifications criteria to become president, nor would they have validated anything he did during his presidency.
Well..that proves the gentlemen our founders were and the criminal POS this president is.
