Living rent free in my brain? Nah. I just see the Sarah Palin devotion as connected and a natural conservative response to Romney, Huckabee, McQueeg et al. We don't want any of the '08 losers again or milquetoast wanna-be's (yep, talking about you tpaw, thune ...) in their place.
For the record, I agree with lampooning the 'no one but Sarah Palin' mindset. I was an all-in FredHead in '08, so once-burned, twice-shy. IMHO, there are others (i.e. DeMint, Pence) who could be as good or better than Sarah. But they may not run. I don't even know that she will run. It's way too early to anoint one candidate.
That said, it is certainly NEVER too early to knock out an "unrepentant abortionist/statist lying political whore!"
