Now who was saying again that the army et al would be with us ??? They were even not smiling - ready to shoot grandma - that’s what they had in mind IMO. They surely don’t look like they would be on our side. It was too bad they (riot cops) had to be sent on a "wild-goose" chase in the first place.

Had to watch it twice to believe what I saw but you could almost take it as an act of respect that they fell in formation and marched out orderly while leaving.

I wasn't there so I may see this wrong, but I cannot recall a time where I have ever seen riot armored police act like that outside of some sort of parade or show.

Then there was the time the Houston mounted police came over as we were cleaning up to leave, and thanked us for standing up to Clinton...
