Hello everyone. For some time now I've been looking for a new "in" to get my foot in the door of a courtroom to expose Obama for the native Kenyan that he is. I found an attorney that is willing to work with me, and on my terms. The attorney is originally from Iowa, as I am. We will not be filing Quo Warranto. We will not be filing anything similar to the civil / criminal actions that have been brought against Obama to date. Respectfully, Lucas Smith.

This declaration entails an account of Orly Taitz and her miscreant behavior when she wiggles out of her obligations as counsel for clients of Charles Edward Lincoln after Mr. Lincoln has continually fulfilled his obligation to Orly Taitz as legal genius and litigation master for all of Mrs. Taitzs ongoing civil actions filed against US President Barack Obama.
Mr. Lincoln and Mrs. Taitz had been working together since May 2009. Lincoln and Taitz had been working quid pro quo for each other.

If true, then Lucas Smith would appear, appropriately or inappropriately, to have been found credible by Judge Carter, Lincoln and Orly's husband, but not Orly.
This undermines Orly going forward, but boosts the credibility of Lucas Smith and possibly his Kenya CPGH BC for Obama.
BTW, I sent Smith a suggestion that he submit to and pass a lie detector test affirming the BC and how he obtained it prior to making any more court filings.
Smith has a copy of the BC?

Obama “set to collapse?” I hope so. If he remains, can I ask for asylum in Canada? ;-)
Nothing will come of this for several reasons.
1) No press is on board, not even Fox.
2) People who love him don’t believe it.
3) People who love him don’t want to believe it.
4) People who love him know he’s a Kenyan but don’t care.
5) He’s a minority and therefore untouchable.
Smith getting his Obama birth certificate corroborated by a Kenyan official would go a long way.
That's an interesting statement. I think, at least for me, with the benefit of hindsight it can be said that "legal genius" and "litigation master" may be the stuff of illusions of grandeur.
Looking forward to seeing another eligibility lawsuit against Barry.

You guys are going about this all wrong.
Even if you found a lock-solid birth certificate, it would take years of legal wrangling to get rid of him now.
It would seem to be a better mode would be to establish, in each of the states, a law that required proof of eligibility for any inclusion on a ballot. And the law should state what is acceptable.
This way you would be able to make a stand in a few states, and that in and of itself would make enough noise to make it an issue.
Just a thought.

Yes, for the long term, state laws requiring verifiable proof (from the record source) of eligibility for office (including but not limited to POTUS) is a must so as to help prevent this debacle from happening again. This process would take years not doubt. Doesn't have/shouldn't have to, but no doubt would take a while.
However, in the short term, to address this current crisis...if the press (read: Fox news, ALL conservative radio, etc.) would get involved with the issue other than passing ridicule...that could go a VERY long way to pressuring him to step down vis-a-vie Nixon.
And something like getting rock solid evidence of a foreign BC, or even a copy of his real long form bc from HI (if it even exists) that would show different information that the fake digital image we've all seen, IMO, would get said media finally giving this the attention it deserves.
ALL avenues should be pursued.
While that would meet my reading of the Federal Rules of Evidence, just how credible would “corroborated by a Kenyan official” be? Kenyans had a pitched bloody battle after the last election with Obama’s cousin Raila Odinga coming up short but blackmailing the winner into giving him an important sounding but mostly ceremonial post as “Prime Minister”.
Any corroboration in Kenya would be met with charges (both inside and outside Kenya) that the corroborators were bribed, just as any denial of authenticity would be and should be suspect given rampant African corruption.
Despite the problems that you have elucidated, finding a credible Kenyan to back up the Obama birth certificate should compel a judge to come closer to granting discovery.
